Highly recommend, "Dark of the sun", 1968

Extremely cool movie, with one of the most horrible murder scenes i've seen on film ^^ Or, at least it's shocking, and also a little bit humorous ^^

It's a cool movie!

There are some cool and wise quotes from some of the Bonanza episodes ^^

This one is S5E13, prime of life. Rated it 9/10. I made that text because i uploaded it to a facebook group where it seemed most active members were spanish ^^

But yes, it's cool when you see someone even wiser than benjamin try to give him some advice. And this one was one of the very few that managed to do that, pulling ben out of his depression. It was strange to see ben that depressed, even ready to hand everything over to his sons.

Just to clarify; The quote is of course that he goes to the lenghts he has to go to, in order to fulfill his end of the deal. No matter who or how powerful his competitor is. I always found this advice interesting and useful. You should never back down from a fight, discussion or anything, just because it's someone with a lot of money and power. And that is true. We all grow on that.

I wondered how it would have gone, 2-3 years down the line, if it had continued on that trajectory. I wonder if adam would have been able to stay in control of his brothers, he was the likely successor to ben. But he was also the physically weaker, not weak by all means, but his brothers were more .. proactive, so to say. And they needed guidance. They were quicker to temper against adam than ben.

Just would be interesting to see. I guess we'll never find out.

Gordon's advice on tasting ^^

He is a bit mean here, but it's a great lesson. As a side hint; Season 2 has all episodes with uninterrupted video play and no background music. Not from the entire service but a lot of it. It's on youtube.

Upgrade spineripper?

Won't that do quite a crazy deal of damage? Like 100-250? Level req should not be more than 50. Would be fun to make a dagger character in the future... i know daggerzon is a thing but maybe even wolf druid could work?

Just felt like pasting this ^^

Just what i feel about the band members.

Yeah i don't follow or remember all the band members' timelines fanatically and all that myself... i just know they all kick ass on stage and the albums too ^^ Seen them live 3-4 times. But yeah.. i do have opinions on them...

I think phil campbell is the best solo guitarist of all time, at least as far as hard rock goes. He has a way of fitting the solo to the song in a way nobody else can. And they're magical, to me. His riffs kicks ass too, no doubt about it. Though, i will say, his new band, the bastard sons, i could never get into ^^ It's shocking to me how it could be so ... unlistenable, than motörhead is .... but maybe i'll give it one more try.

I think würsel or michael burston is a bit soulless, i mean he did his job for the band, did good to great on stage, but it is easy to tell he is not born into it like the others were. His solos lack range, at least to me, he can play fast, but it stops there, like. It's a bit shallow, sadly. Not that i can follow most of them 60% of the time, but still. But i can enjoy the tracks he play on nonetheless, lol. His riffs and solos are still better than 80% of everything else.

Philthy animal is the best hard rock drummer of all time, to me, and the coolest rock icon too. He's my #1 idol, lol ^^ I was and still am tempted to buy some of his leather shoes which i randomly googled was on auction, cheapest pair i think was 500$.... but keeping that idea on hold for now ^^ They are insanely cool though ^^ His teachings from the military drummer i think was directly inflencing the style of motörhead. The fast paced style. It's too damn cool.

Mickey dee as you mention i think is a super great fit for motörhead and his heavier style was perfect for them. His drumming is awesome and he is a great promoter for the band as well, very level headed. Always kicks ass on stage too, even behind the drums, lol. The way it should be with this band.

"Fast" eddie clark has a very unique and cool style, and really captures the old gritty feeling of the early hard rock era of motörhead. Nobody else could copy it and i think they are complicated and insanely well made. Many of them are very hard to play along to as well. Great for practice.

They really put the work into it and it came out super solid. Which is why it is the best hard rock band of all time.

The best motörhead show on record

Just my opinion .. i was listening to them from about 17-18 years old, at about 20 i skimmed through a record store and found this one on sale, no less ^^ Something like 10$ i think. Turned out to be the best buy of my life lol. Still got it. Been drunker than hell on whisky to this more times than i remember.

Bug? Rogue's bow upgrade, level 34?

Should be level 30, shouldn't it? Double bow is level 25. Upgrade from normal to exceptional = +5 levels. Shael rune is level 29. Am i going insane? ^^ Actually does real good on a1 merc. I explain and show it in a video.

"If you gonna work for Jimmy, you gonna work hard. The people are hot and dry. They want someth'n cold and wet!" xD

Possibly the dumbest character in the show ^^ I actually had a boss not too unlike him once xD Equally angry and stupid ^^ I also almost died at one time because of his incompetence, same as Bobby, which is why this episode is my favourite of them all ^^

The young future columbo ^^

From "Columbo goes to college".This was a fun character, showed that there are others like Columbo as well. He was sharp and had good questions. He also called Justin out on his taddle-taleing, showing immunity to being manipulated by gossip.

I don't know who the actor is, and it is a long time ago, but maybe he could be a new Columbo.
