CB360T has an aftermarket MAC exhaust and the one side is installed with this huge headed bolt. How tf would you reach this? Hammer a socket onto it? Bend the tabs of the passenger peg mount outwards? Not even sure how they got it on there
EDIT: there is no nut on the other side... it threads into a welded tab/nut on the frame.

Took off the gas tank to evapo-rust it and when I did I saw the vibration damper was basically sand-like material at this point wrapped in electrical tape. It just fell apart. What have you guys used or where can I find a vibration damper that will fit between the frame and tank? I'm thinking about a pool float noodle at this point.
Anything specific I should look at? The rear turns are broken but already ordered replacements. Runs and starts well and needs a new battery and probably tires but anything else I should be checking on this beast?

Just snagged this yesterday .. 2026 Maverick Lobo. I love this little thing. Can’t wait to haul my dual sport KLR250 with it!
This was caked with like 1/4” of dirt and oil.. some oxidation inside. I upgraded the throttle slide to a 2-hole newer version for more vacuum, trimmed the slide spring 2 coils, added 2 washers to the throttle needle, and upjetted for an opened airbox and opened-up exhaust. Also put on the milled top cover and new fasteners.
Maybe I’m weird but I really enjoy cleaning/tearing apart/rebuilding carbs. How about you guys?
Fits well.. gripper seat cover installed on my FA50. Way more comfortable than the 27 year old hard vinyl.
Not super easy to install without wrinkles but I got it! If you do this, get a 20g air stapler. A hand stapler will not penetrate the seat plastic.
never realized most these scooter/motorcycle carbs have an enrichment circuit with a tiny starter jet down in the fuel bowl. The one on my FA50 was completely clogged.. which caused the choke to work for a second then killed the engine. I could never used the choke and could only start it without. Now I realize why. I was able to replace the bowl from a spare carb I had, as the starter jet in the carb that was on my scooter was clogged beyond repair. I soaked the whole carb bowl in white vinegar overnight and it unclogged the spare, but not the one that was on the bike. I'm sure now when I put the carb back on (after a full rebuild) it will actually work properly with the choke engaged.
Got her running great. Rips along at almost 30mph. Got a few little things to neaten it up but it’s definitely roadworthy. 🤙
Doesn’t run right now but did 2 years ago. I think it’s the fuel petcock. Gonna get this running, put a new battery and slap on some new tires and cruise!!

I have two of these (Bisley variants signed).. and something like 8 other issue 1's.. so slabbing one for display I thought might be cool.
Or, should I just frame one and skip the slabbing?
