Best order to watch the Yojimbo trilogy?
Any particular order? It seems they might exist in a floating timeline of sorts. Maybe release order?

Peter Jackson clearly fell in love with digital filmmaking during The Hobbit trilogy. When it finally came time to remaster all six Middle-earth films in 4K, he chose to run The Lord of the Rings through heavy Digital Noise Reduction (DNR). His goal was to strip away the natural film grain so the original trilogy would match the sterile, "digitally clean" look of The Hobbit.
IMO this was nothing short of a travesty. Shot exquisitely on 35mm film, the original grain IS the detail and it is woven into the texture, warmth, and timeless charm of the movies.
Instead, the 4K remasters look cold and artificial. Characters appear waxy, fine textures are scrubbed away, and the organic magic that made the original releases feel so magical is entirely gone.
It is a genuine crime against the medium. Anyone who truly loves celluloid should find it difficult to support what was done to these cinematic masterpieces.

Everyone knows the main ones. Awful unpleasant feeling of the trapped gas etc.
But a few other things I’ve noticed about myself seem to have a direct correlation to RCPD including the following:
- Bad breath. My wife describes it as a sulfur smell. I have excellent dental health and I take really good care of my teeth but my wife said the smell is more from the gut than the mouth
- Underweight. I’m skinny and struggle to be of a healthy size. I assume this is from the trapped gas taking up physical space.
- Dry hair. Believe it or not the trapped gas can enter the bloodstream and lead go a whole host of extra issues including dry scalp/hair.
Any that I’m missing here? And has anyone dealt with any of these or seen results improve after botox injection? My appointment is in 2 months so it’s a waiting game for me as of now.
Profile seems to be legit but idk.
Spot on.

Note: not updated with The Mandalorian and Grogu movie.
Looking to pick it up soon if so.
