I've been looking to find a way to replace pencil erasers in the wood pencils students use in school, and found out this company out of new York makes some great products, and also provides you with a way to buy erasers in much smaller lots than what you'd get on Alibaba. I'm really glad to have found someone that makes pencil holders with standard replacable erasers, and they also work really well, too.
