[TOW2] Can you add De Vries outfit with a console command?

So, I’m planning to get the game soon, and I’ve been planning my character, looking through weapons and armor for what I’d want her to wear, and De Vries’s jacket is exactly the kind of outfit I’d want. But I don’t want to wait for nearly all of the main missions to get it. Can you get it earlier such as be using a console command?

[TOW2] Can the Roustabout background be roleplayed as an inexperienced person gradually becoming a badass, or do people treat you as inexperienced for the entire game?

Does anyone know why Holt’s and Midas’ roles are switched in-game?

I’ll explain. In all concept art that I remember seeing, Holt is the drone expert with a submachine gun, and Midas is the assault expert, with an assault rifle and a super shorty shotgun.

Yet in-game, Holt has the Mk 17 assault rifle, and Midas the submachine gun. I also swear that Midas starts with the drone backpack.

I really want the M4A1 Commando from the Special Forces (Ghost Pack). Is it still available from any source? I don’t remember seeing the Special Forces pack in the store.

So, I started playing Wildlands again. Never actually finished it yet! Anyway, here's my Nomad and how I designed Midas, Holt and Weaver.

Sudden, random lagging in-game

So yesterday, I was playing the game and suddenly, it started lagging/stuttering rather heavily from seemingly out of nowhere.

It can't be my graphics settings, as I have been playing with the current ones for well over a month with no problems whatsoever. I have updated my graphics drivers, didn't fix the stuttering. I have checked for viruses, there were none. I have cleared my DirectX cache, didn't solve the stuttering. I restarted my router. Nope.

It is not stuttering in other similar games like The Elder Scrolls: Online, so the problem is in SWTOR.

I even reinstalled the entire game, which also did not fix the stuttering.

Is anyone else experiencing anything similar?

The Imperial Reaper armor can make for an incredibly good Jedi Knight armor, especially if dyed white.

Does the Powertech Advanced Prototype and Vanguard Tactics share the same animations, other than primary weapon?

Been planning a Bounty Hunter character and the Powertech’s Advanced Prototype sounds perfect but I’d prefer a blaster rifle over a blaster pistol for aesthetic reasons.

What do you think is the midi-chlorian count of the Hero of Tython from Star Wars: The Old Republic?

I would estimate it to be around 18500, but what do you think?

My Jedi Knight, Asha Corvallis.

Asha Corvallis

Asha Corvallis is a fifteen-year-old human Jedi Knight of extraordinary potential whose life is defined by a constant balancing act between emotional passion and unwavering commitment to the Light Side. Born in 3658 BBY on the frontier world of Naboo, she descends directly from Queen Elsinoré den Tasia of Grizmallt, the legendary monarch whose vision led to Naboo's discovery and colonization. Though she carries the legacy of royalty in her blood, Asha was raised among humble homesteaders in Lake Country, where strong family bonds, self-reliance, and the spirit of pioneers shaped her earliest worldview.

Her destiny changed at the age of three when an emotional outburst unleashed a burst of intense heat powerful enough to attract the attention of a passing Jedi investigator. Recognizing her immense Force sensitivity, her parents reluctantly entrusted her to the Jedi Order. Two years later, she survived the Sacking of Coruscant, witnessing the destruction of the Jedi Temple during one of the Republic's darkest hours. The trauma left a permanent mark on her, replacing childhood innocence with an unshakable determination to protect the innocent and prevent such horrors from ever happening again.

By fifteen, Asha has already achieved the rank of Jedi Knight and earned a reputation as one of the Order's most formidable young warriors. Possessing an astounding midi-chlorian count of 22,000, she combines exceptional Force potential with years of relentless training. Most notably, she specializes in Form VII: Juyo, the notoriously aggressive and emotionally demanding lightsaber form that most Jedi Masters view with suspicion. Recognizing that suppressing her emotions would only make them more dangerous, her mentors instead guided her toward mastering them through discipline. Juyo allows Asha to channel her passion into a controlled storm of ferocious attacks, while her mastery of Forms V and IV adds devastating counters, powerful defensive redirections, and acrobatic mobility to her arsenal. Combined with her rare gift for pyrokinesis, she is a battlefield force capable of overwhelming opponents through sheer speed, pressure, and intensity.

Despite her tremendous power, Asha remains fundamentally driven by compassion rather than conquest. She rejects the Jedi doctrine of emotional detachment, believing that love, grief, joy, anger, and hope are not weaknesses to suppress but realities to understand and control responsibly. Her greatest strength comes from the idealism of youth: she has not yet become cynical, and she refuses to accept injustice as inevitable. At the same time, that same emotional nature creates her greatest struggle. She genuinely loves combat—not because she enjoys suffering or cruelty, but because lightsaber dueling is where her passion, discipline, and purpose align most completely. Reconciling that exhilaration with her desire to be a noble peacekeeper is a challenge she confronts every day.

Toward allies and innocents, Asha is warm, loyal, humorous, and emotionally open. She values personal connections deeply and draws strength from them rather than viewing them as liabilities. Toward evil, however, she becomes resolute and uncompromising. She believes mercy should be earned through actions and character, readily sparing honorable or redeemable opponents. Against those who revel in cruelty and prey upon the helpless, she acts with unwavering conviction, finding quiet peace in knowing she has prevented further harm.

Ultimately, Asha Corvallis embodies a rare contradiction within the Jedi Order: a warrior who embraces emotion without surrendering to it, a prodigy whose immense power is tempered by empathy, and a young woman determined to prove that passion and the Light Side can coexist. She is neither the detached ideal of a traditional Jedi nor a reckless maverick flirting with darkness, but something uniquely her own—a fiercely compassionate protector who draws strength from the very emotions others fear.

This is a lore question. Would Form VII: Juyo be restricted by the Jedi Council?

Basically, title. Wookiepedia states that Juyo was restricted by the Jedi Council as it requires a user to stray dangerously close to the Dark Side. But would the Council restrict it during the wartime era of SWTOR?

Asha Corvallis

I recently created a new Jedi Knight to play through the game as. It’s basically a singleplayer playthrough from the very start of the Jedi Knight class story all the way to the latest expansion. She’s my current Hero of Tython, so to speak. I did write some backstory details for her! She is somewhat inspired by Ahsoka Tano and Vernestra Rwoh.

Asha Corvallis is a fifteen-year-old human Jedi Knight from Naboo whose life is defined by the tension between fierce emotion and unwavering devotion to the Light Side. Descended from Queen Elsinoré den Tasia—the monarch whose vision led to the colonization of Naboo—Asha carries the legacy of pioneers and leaders in her blood. Yet she was not raised among royalty. She was born in the rugged frontier settlements of Naboo’s Lake Country, surrounded by homesteaders, open skies, and the warmth of a close family. That warmth would remain at the core of her identity even after the Jedi Order took her to Coruscant at the age of three, following the discovery of her immense Force sensitivity and dangerous instinctive gift for pyrokinesis.

Her childhood was permanently scarred by the Sacking of Coruscant, which she survived as a youngling hiding within the Jedi Temple while Sith forces tore it apart. The trauma forged her hatred of the Sith Empire and shaped her into a Jedi who values decisive action over detached philosophy. Unlike orthodox Jedi, Asha rejects emotional suppression entirely. She believes compassion, anger, love, grief, and passion are not weaknesses to erase, but truths to master responsibly. She feels deeply, fights fiercely, and pursues justice with uncompromising intensity.

In combat, Asha is exceptionally dangerous for her age. She specializes in Form V: Shien, using aggressive counters and overwhelming force, while blending it with the acrobatic momentum of Form IV: Ataru. She is also a ruthless pragmatist on the battlefield; she doesn’t think twice about using Tràkata—deactivating and re-igniting her blade mid-swing to bypass an opponent's guard—if she has to. Her fighting style is fast, athletic, and brutally pragmatic, enhanced by rare pyrokinesis and immense raw Force potential. She enjoys combat in a way most Jedi would find troubling—not out of cruelty, but because battle is where her discipline, emotions, and ideals align perfectly. That combination of talent, drive, and battlefield effectiveness earned her the rank of Jedi Knight at an unusually young age.

Despite her composure and authority, Asha remains unmistakably a teenager. She is disciplined, driven, and mature beyond her years, but flashes of youthful impatience and emotional volatility still surface beneath her controlled exterior. She expects greatness from herself and from others her age, viewing youth not as an excuse for weakness but as a source of strength. Her greatest internal struggle lies in reconciling her genuine desire to be a noble Jedi with the darker satisfactions she finds in combat and in destroying evil.

Toward allies and innocents, Asha is warm, loyal, humorous, and emotionally open. Toward enemies—especially the wicked—she becomes cold, relentless, and terrifyingly final. This duality defines her: a compassionate protector shaped by love and humanity, yet forged into a ruthless warrior by trauma and war. She is neither a perfect Jedi nor a fallen one, but something rarer—a young woman trying to prove that emotional truth and the Light Side do not have to be enemies.

Side note: I am obviously not engaging with any romance content during the base class story due to my character’s age during that period of time.
