A tipping community insentivises retail workers to work harder and better. Not tipping in such cases is expected, and not discouraged by the workers.

A no-tip community discourages good work, because you shouldn't expect a good service if nothing changes in the worker's pocket by doing it. There is a difference between what the system wants it to be and what it's going to be. It also encourages something like a percentage tip system to be used.

A percentage tip encourages customers to NOT tip, and retail workers to not work better.

That is why when you think the service is good, and you can afford to, give a tip.

Due to my composition decisions, my entire mix sounds too quiet. WMy Sennheiser HD560s are at 100, my FL studio Master at max, and the max volume sounds more quiet than anything I find. I have to individually take every single instrument in my patterns, increase them all, adjust the compressors, re-mix the whole thing...

How do I just fix this without all this hassle?? Putting a Maximus on Master or adjusting FL's volume only causes the sound to chop off or get compressed, something that it doesn't do with anything else at the same volume.

So I work as a hotel groom, I take people to their rooms, carry their luggage, answer any questions for their rooms, describe anything that is there (like AC, freezer, safe boxes etc). I also have to clarify that English is not my native language, especially when spoken.

Well today I took a woman with her kid to her room, and at one point she asked me if the bed is seperatable. I told her yes, and showed her.

She then told me "You wouldn't want us to be sleeping on the same bed" in a joking way.

Well I answered in my auto-mode reassuring way that I won't be sleeping with her. She was talking about herself and her child.

One thing I noticed was that she was smiling before but she wasn't smiling after that. Not sure if she understood what I said.

TL;DR I reassured a woman I won't be sleeping with her while introducing the room.

It is extremely important to have info on whether any enemy attacking you can be killed with one bow hit and one melee hit or a combo of the two. You are basically sacrificing a small amount of melee power for a constant info advantage; the medic melee is only important when you are fighting for your life, NOT for uber farming. Lacking this info can lead to a 50 hp Soldier killing you as you retreat.

This is basically turning the medic to a Spy too. One power that the Spy has is taking out low hp targets when they're vulnerable. It's one liberty of knowing if the Pyro heading towards you can be killed and you can save yourself, or the retreating Soldier

"But you can kind of guess their hp" No you can't. Most of the time they are not 60 or 70 hp because of you. And mostly you'll focus on your teammates hp and not if the enemy is low health, because the might not be due to overheal, or your teammate not dealing any damage.

"There is communication in comp games" Nobody plays comp in TF2, skip.

THE ONLY, and I mean ONLY disadvantage this weapon has is you confusing enemy and team health bars. That is all.

Your priorities are to heal, keep people alive and stay alive to do the afformentioned things. You will get your Uber anyways by doing those things. The ubersaw won't save a losing game, you are not gonna land 3 ubersaw hits and then stay alive on a losing game.

I get at best 6mbps out of this 24mbps connection, and there is no availability of any other plans (other than using 5G mobile internet turned into a home wifi connection, which also happens to not be easily accessible inside my house).

As a temporary solution, is there anything I can do? Even the mildest use of internet hinders my game connection and causes huge ping spikes.

3 suitcases and one monitor box

GPU removed from PC in its original packaging and one older monitor on one suitcase, filled with clothes.

PC had its glass panel removed from the case, and placed seperately on another suitcase full of clothes (used a bag and a bath towel to cover it just in case it breaks)

The rest of it placed in its original box, inside a big suitcase and grappled so it wont move)

Other monitor was repackaged in its original box.

What do you think? I still have some time before I leave.

Μιλάω για τις μεγάλες κατσαρίδες και χωριά χωρίς υπονόμους. Υποτίθεται πως είναι υπερζώα που τρώνε τα πάντα και πολλαπλασιάζονται συνεχόμενα, πως γίνεται να είναι ανύπαρκτες;

Αρχίζω εγώ: "Βλαστημάω αλλά εγώ τουλάχιστον πάω εκκλησία"

Έχουμε εδώ και >15 χρόνια διαθέσιμη μόνο ADSL του 24mbps, όπου πιάνουμε 6 σε καλή μέρα, και πρέπει αυτό να το χρησιμοποιεί μια ολόκληρη οικογένεια. Για να κάνω μια κλήση πρέπει να ζητάω από ολόκληρη την οικογένεια μου να κλείσουν τα πάντα που θέλουν ίντερνετ.

Δεν υπάρχει κάποια εναλλακτική; Σκέφτομαι να τα ακυρώσω όλα και να βάλω Starlink, αλλά και εκεί έχει υπερβολικά κακές τιμές (50 ευρώ για 100mbps).

Τόσο δύσκολο είναι να εγκαταστήσουν FTTH (ή έστω VDSL) σε χωριά; Δεν μιλάμε για χωριό στη μέση ενός βουνού, αλλά 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από πόλη.
