Gym equipment you instantly dislike?

The equipment that I absolutely hate is the 3D Smith machine. Also known as the Jones machine.
It was in a gym I went to for 6 months. I'd hate it less if they had a the most basic squat rack. But they had this. Gave it a try and instantly disliked it.
The horizontal movement gives no confidence. A Hack Squat machine, barbell squats, smith machine etc are way better.

What equipment did you come across that you instantly disliked?

Hello everyone, as we all know, the magnesum glycinate supplement available in the market is buffered with other forms like Magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide etc. Some international brands offer pure Mg glycinate but they are too expensive.

I am planning to launch a Magnesium Glycinate supplement that will have the following :

  • Serving Size : 2 tablets. Total elemental magnesium per serving : 200mg
  • I am working with an NABL certified lab to create a suit of tests. The results of this third party lab tests will be published on the product page.
  • The tests will prove that the supplement is 100% magnesium Glycinate with no presence of any other forms. It will also prove that it is a proper chelated Magnesium bisglycinate and does not just have glycinate separately.
  • If it is tested anywhere in the world, the results will show it is 100% Magnesium Glycinate.
  • Price : Rs 449 for 60 tablets. Rs 649 for120 tablets.

I would like to know the opinion of fitness enthusiasts before deciding whether to pursue it or not.
TIA for valuable inputs.

How can a desperate dog race quickly rebuild forces?

Oliver went from baby to kid in a matter of days.

And in months he was fighting.

Viltrumites could make use of this to grow their numbers if they set aside their prejudice.

I had to visit SDM medical a few times recently. I drive carefully and stop at the traffic signal, waiting patiently for it to turn green so I can cross the road.

As I prepare to drive across, asshole in brts lane just zooms. Missed crashing by a fraction of a second.

Not only do they enter this lane, they don't follow traffic signals.

This applies to two wheelers and four wheelers alike.

They casually enter and leave as if they own the road.

This has to stop before sometime pays with their life and limbs.

Earlier there were guards who would place barriers to prevent such entry. Now it's a free for all.

Either it should be stopped, or remove BRTS and free up those two lanes.
