I need motivation

I want to enjoy life and be productive again. Recently I haven't been too motivated due to lack of sleep, dysregulated nervous system and personal problems. I want to stop procastinating on things I know I should've already started doing and I'm trying to do more and get my life together but it feels like it isn't rewarding in any way, there's so much negativity and basically what I'm asking here is if you have any tips to feel more motivated or to make consistency feel easier or just some words of encouragement, it would really do me well to see some positivity, let's make this a positive post.

I'll go first: I noticed that it's easier to be consistent when you hold onto a routine for example when you study every day around the same time it willl feel less like an actual choice you have to make and more like a habit you're used to.

Treatments for this condition?

Does anyone have an experience of what helped them get over their habit if pulling out their hair? I'm using hypnosis treatment and so far it has been helpful, I'm curious what your experiences are!

Let's play a game!

I'm bored so how about we all leave a nightwish reference or hint to a sing in the comments and we have to guess each other's references.

I'll go first, my hint is: Speaking in riddles with a heavily twisted tongue.

Your turn, I'm curious if I can guess your references!

Can you ever get over the pain of knowing your parents don't understand you?

I've been having this for a long time where I have moments when I remember how they don't seem to understand or take me seriously I can have really bad crying spells for a few hours. Usually after that I'm fine but every now and then I'm reminded again and I just feel terrible thinking about it.

Does anyone know of it's possible to ever truly get over it?

Thanks in advance

How do I prevent someone from getting bullied?

I'm trying to prevent someone from getting bullied

I don't know if this is the right subreddit to ask for help but I need to talk about a friend group I am in that bullies because I genuinely don't know what to do.

Short story: I'm in a friend group that bullies a woman for her appearance and personality during an event we go to together and I want to do something about it, does anyone have tips or a story of how they made a whole group realize that what they do is wrong?

Long story: Every week we get together with different groups of people for an event, the people I always sit with are kind and respectful to each other and I feel respected, however a few months ago a new woman joined this event and ever since she has been getting a lot of negative attention and at first my group made a few comments about her every week and then moved on.The comments were about her voice, her appearance/personality and partner but recently it got out of hand. Some of my friends talk loud and I feel like the woman might have heard it because recently she's not sitting near us anymore, she used to sit a row behind us. And after the event when went to the canteen I was seriously taken by surprise about how much they talked about her, she always wears a ribbon in her hair and my friends now call her 'angel' but not in a positive way, they comment on her voice and her boyfriend and laugh at her in a loud, disrespectful way. I have laughed sometimes at some jokes, but this is going too far! I'm seriously considering not going anymore because I don't want to be a bully, does anyone maybe have tips or a story of what they ever did? I need to do something, I'm thinking about writing an e-mail to the person who organizes it if they want to inform everyone about that this behavior is not tolerated, or maybe wearing a ribbon myself and acting offended when they bring her wearing ribbons up, or sitting with her instead of the group, I don't care about being bullied I have been bullied myself as well and I know it's horrible.

Movie about a young girl and an older man

Hello,

I recently saw a scene on youtube about movie and want to watch it but I forgot the name of the movie and couldn't find it anymore. The scene took place in a cafe, the girl was convincing the older man that she was old enough and said she would turn 18 in two weeks after which the older man responded "I knew it, you're too old for me" and they laughed. I remember the older man (middle-aged, brown hair). The girl looked a little bit like the girl from the movie Lolita. That's all I remember, I hope someone could help me out so I could find out what movie it was :D
