Anything i should be aware of before saying yes?

I'm being given the opportunity to adopt 3, 2 month old double rex dumbo werewolves. Anything I should be concerned about? I avoided hairless because if the increased issues with their skin and eyes but this is a good opportunity. I have a mischief of 7 already and we have a pretty good routine.

Mainly looking for input on health concerns that might arise. I'm in the SW so winter is rarely below freezing, summer a ceiling fan stays on to circulate the air. I use full cheeks paper bedding. Not sure what else to consider. Pics of them for attention.

How does my not great auto loan look up to this point?

Some info about me. I work in the service center of a popular dealership for a popular brand. I'm on track for at least 70k, if some economic pressure eases then 100k is within reach. My humble brag is that I did this on a diploma from 2011. I've doubled, possibly tripled my income from previous years.

That being said, I want to get a good idea of where I am with my auto loan, as it eats income that can be used towards real estate.

Principal: 44106 @ 12.21 for 75. Matures 1/32.

Today's 10 day is 39745.

I typically manage a 10-20% overpay. I'm currently upside down, but not by much, vehicle is a 25 Camry. I'll be at a year soon on thr loan and should qualify for refinancing, but my credit is low to mid 600s so my rate isn't unreasonable as it is. What is my best course of action?

Changed up their home and and now they're super exploratory.

And we had a shed right away. I was worried because they were looking pretty tenty for a couple weeks. I felt better when I saw them get pale.

On a side note, I'll assume birthday was mid December. I got them around 6 weeks. Finally weighed them out yesterday and we are at 216g. Is this on schedule? I moved to pups since those around about 30g in my around.
