AIO for feeling stupid and that what I did is a deal breaker/turn off?

Hello, I really hope you're all doing well! I feel not smart at all and it's making me insecure, feel like I can't get things right. It sounds very silly but was on a date and couldn't lower or move up the car seat, I didn't know how to and feel like it's such a turn off. There's other stuff but it's the little things like that which make me feel useless and not bright, I feel bad saying that because everyone is good at something (including me) but can't help but feel like I'm the opposite of smart.

Am I wrong during this text exchange?

I always feel like I say things wrong, have become paranoid about how I socalise.

Me - It's most likely nothing but it's good to ease worries.

Them - Yeah

Me - Try to get in touch with doctors this week if you can or next week if busy this week.

Them - Thanks

Me - Anytime!

Them - It was sarcastic

Them - I’m (age) years old. I know how to contact a doctor

Me - Ohhh I'm sorry!!!!

Me - Just trying to be supportive, of course you know what to do.

Them - Yeah but there’s supportive and stating the obvious 😂

Me - Look after yourself even when busy.

Them - Thanks (sarcasm again!)

Edit: I think I know my problem, I come across as patronising and have apologised.

Worried about rabies after what looked like a bat (but it could've been a large moth) was flying in front of me under street light, I wore a short dress then my leg started to itch with bumps after maybe walking into it

Hello, I really hope you're all doing well! Wondering if I should get help, not sure if it's anxiety or an actual concern.

Does Mountain Meadow have a herbal smell because of the eucalyptus?

I really hope you're all doing well! I love Coconut Castaway but looking for a fresh, clean smell to use as deodorant. Been eyeing up mainly Mountain Meadow but also curious about Summer Citrus, wonder what they smell like to you?

Should I get a rabies shot after what looked like a bat (but it could've been a large moth) was flying in front of me under street light, I wore a short dress then my leg started to itch with bumps after maybe walking into it?

Hello, I really hope you're all doing well! Wondering if I should get a rabies shot or if the chance of rabies is not likely from this. I worry about wasting people's time.

I have read the FAQ.

Could thrush from down below spread to eyes?

Hello, I really hope you're all doing well! I use sanitiser a lot but touched below then accidentally rubbed my eyes (they were itchy) without realising until after, worried about getting a fungal infection in my eyes.

Could morning after pill cause my period to be 9 days early or was the bleeding caused by the pill and I've actually missed my period?

Hello, I really hope you're all well! Had unprotected sex around 10 days before period and took the morning after pill the day after just to be careful. I started cramping and bleeding the day after for a few days, it was like a period. I read that taking the morning after pill can cause also an early period, I wonder if that's what the bleeding was. The date of when my period usually happens arrives and period doesn't start, I read that the morning after pill can cause periods to be late too so wait a week after. It doesn't arrive. I read that it might be best to take a pregnancy test a week after that, 2 weeks after when you're supposed to have your period in case there is a week delay then a week after possible missed period.

I wonder if I should take a pregnancy test now to be extra careful, sounds very silly but saving up money and pregnancy tests can be expensive on take away apps and could put money towards a yummy pizza. In all serious though, I'm very close to buying some. What would you guys do?

Is this how ChatGPT/Open AI store data?

I've been doing loads of research on this and this is what I found out, I could be absolutely wrong.

I uploaded a screenshot that I accidentally didn't make private (I rarely use ChatGPT and wasn't logged in, it's now deleted but worry about if model training was on), it was of a text conversation (my focus was only on one message) but accidentally didn't crop out partner's picture and their first name initial (their name wasn't shown, only one letter.) After researching privacy issues, I now know that all of that was a very bad thing to do and I feel absolutely horrible. I'm never going to do this again. Been worrying a lot about partner's safety, trying to see if they're going to be okay.

Looked at loads of information but came across how AI actually works, I wonder if this is true and my friend is hopefully going to be okay?

ChatGPT or Open AI would only use the information that I asked about (the message but maybe would check all the messages) and not the actual profile photo. They will convert it into numerical data and keep that if the model training was turned on (if not, it's deleted in 30 days), not the actual messages. If the profile photo ended up being converted, it would be the numerical data that's stored and not the profile photo itself which means the photo might not be as identifiable.

Is this definitely true?

I accidentally posted text conversation screenshot (was supposed to make it more private) on ChatGPT without fully knowing privacy issues, I should definitely tell boyfriend?

Hello, I really hope you're all doing well! I try not to use AI much but really messed up. Feeling extremely guilty, I used it to see a certain message meaning and was supposed to make it private (hide profile picture, I don't use full name but first name initial) but shouldn't have done it all anyway. I wasn't logged in and not sure if the 'Improve the model for everyone' was off, I keep checking to see if it's automatically off (not putting in anything private just using it to research what ChatGPT really is) and it says it is. I never realised the privacy issues until after and doing research. I'm a fool and a bad person, I promise I will never do this again. I really do feel like such a horrible person, I feel very bad for my boyfriend. I've been doing soooo much research to see if they're going to be okay.

I've learned my lesson but hate myself for this incident/mistake. I posted elsewhere and asked if I should tell them, I feel the need to but people said no because it might cause more hurt because it might cause them anxiety when nothing might end up happening from the mistake.

TIFU by using ChatGPT and accidentally forgetting to crop certain information and might've hurt friend's privacy

Hello, I really hope you're all doing well! I'm very worried that I've hurt friend's privacy, it might sound silly but occationally (not much at all because try not to use AI) use ChatGPT (not logged in/guest mode) to see if I've said something wrong by looking at social cues through a text message. However, I accidentally forgot to crop their photo out and hide the other texts. Only their first name initial is shown, no phone number or address. I've started to freak out about the privacy issues with ChatGPT, do they have that information forever even though I didn't opt in for 'Improve the model for everyone' where they keep information for training? They say they can keep stuff up to 30 days but worried if the chat was flagged. I really messed up, feel like I've definitely hurt my friend now.

TLDR; Used ChatGPT not logged in (no improve the model for everyone being used) to check text social cue but accidentally forgot to crop out their photo and other texts, feel very bad that I've ruined their privacy.

Used ChatGPT (not logged in) but accidentally uploaded sensitive information (was meant to hide some parts), will that information be used? When will it be deleted if stored, is it 30 days?
