Odd thought

My brain is weird but..... Hot and cold are not opposites. If opposites mean they are completely different from each other than hot and cold are not opposites. Hot and cold are both temperatures. So cold and fire would be opposites or hot and ice.

Edit: This was fun debating. I think I'm gonna start posting more stuff like this here.

I show affection weirdly...

I dont like physical affection. I show affection through teasing because I come from a family that also teased for affection. Info dumping because I respect them and want to input information, and I enjoy talking to them (or as I've been told "at them.") and observing habits because I would love if someone noticed something little about me, providing honesty, because I think we need more of that in thos world. And acting like a care free little kid because I feel safe with them.

So with all these things I think are sweet I thought I was a pretty affectionate person, but no I have been told that I seem cold and pessimistic and odd, mean and that I talk too much. I am very opinionated and enjoy debating and I have been in things where I think we're having an enjoyable, friendly debate, but apparently, they are upset. Apparently, I am not as good navigating emotions , than i am observing habit patterns. But one thing I know i do right is: I will always stand up and be there for my loved ones. Opinion is important to me it doesn't matter if it doesn't aline with mine, because everyone's has a right to their thoughts.

Some stuff I do

I call my precious dogs "The most hideous beasts." And I love them. I don't actually think they are hideous it's just my weird gimmick. (BTW I don't call people hideous. I'm not a complete idiot.)

I send them videos or memes and gifs.

I read a book they liked or try to get into a fandom they like.

I will go out of my way to ask them questions.

I will text them (I absolutely hate texting I get bored of watching the dots and it takes a lot of focus)

I will be honest with them

Where should I put my Kneazles?

My gut is telling me to put them in the mountain vivarium but I observed that most kneazles are in beach environments. I know it doesn't matter, but at this point, we are poachers, sooooo If I kidnapped them I should at least put them in the right spot.

Edit: well I would've had the space to put them in the beach but I forgot about the dang creature limit. The one were you can only put 4 different creatures. Perhaps I should move the hippogriff

My ranking of Hogwarts legacy characters

  1. Professor Fig: he is just so nice. Trusts us a little to much for a normal teacher, but then again it was a video game and it wouldn't have been that stimulating if we didn't do all the exciting stuff.

2. Sebastian Sallow: He was a really well developed character, and I think we got a reasonably normal first meeting. (I think we met up at Deulist club) and I love how our character feels more realistic and colourful. Like how we can disagree with him! Instead of acting like a hero all the time. I like his arch story of trying to save his sister and his slow dissent to obsession with finding a cure. However I do not like how arrogant he was during the fight and the whole "I didn't mean it." BOY yes you did! When you taught us you were all like "you have to mean it." So hopefully he gets a proper redemption in hogwarts legacy 2.

3. Poppy Sweeting: She is such a sweet character. She is the closest thing we got to a bestie in hogwarts legacy. Luke what I said about Sebastian I am really happy we can complain! Like how we complained about the dragon! It makes the character feel so much more like a teenager. I really like her sweet energetic fluffball who could kill you if you hurt her penelope. Honestly she would've been 2nd place if it wasn't for the repetitive "Perhaps it's got to do with something about the light and the darkness." I get it poppy! I'm trying to figure out where to put the bloody light! If you're in a rush please help me out (T-T)

4. Ominis Gaunt: I really like his character. He really is interesting. Like how he has this connection to voldemort, and his aversion to dark magic because he has principles. That being said he wasn't really OUR friend he was more of an acquaintance that we met via Sebastian. I do wish we could've been friends i think that would've been really cool.

5. Imelda Reyes: I wish she was more important to the story! She would've been such a cool character. The friendship development was better than some of the main characters to be honest.

6. Amit Thakkar: He had potential! He was so adorkable I wish we had more dialogue, maybe a Gobstone quest? Or a quest where we unlock the skill of gobbldigook, like with poppy we had cute beasts, Sebastian unforgivable spells. We could've learnt gobbldigook!

7. Natty Onai: I don't hate her I just found her character a severely under developed. I have no grasp on her personality, and it was kind of annoying that we had to immediately help her after just meeting for the first time.

8. Gallert Weasley: We got like one quest with him and that was it sooo yeah

So that's it. Maybe I'll do the teachers another day. Tell me your thoughts

Like my main pet peeve about hogwarts legacy was that I thought the MCs personality was so boring. Like we act like some suave hero around every other intractable character but we have WAY more dialogue with sebastian and much more witty responses such as:

1#

Sebastian: (can't fully remember something abt spiders being bugs)

Mc: Actually, spiders are arachnids

Sebastian: don't even start now

2#

Mc: You're pretty good for a slytherin chap

Sebastian: And for a ravenclaw you've got a lot to learn

3#

The whole argument with sebastian

Their interaction is so much more interesting and fluid. Like the game makers couldn't decide whether to make him a love interest or not. While, honestly, I don't care if he was a love interest, I think they ought to stop making him act like that if they aren't going to stick to a final decision. Overall, I wish the character interaction was more equal and consistent between all the characters

Anyways, that's my little yap, Please let me know your opinions
