Anyone else suddenly feeling sick today?

Hi everyone, STORY TIME...

I woke up feeling nauseous today and assumed it was just something bad I ate last night. However, later in the day, several of my family members mentioned feeling sick with the exact same symptoms. Soon after, some cousins came over and said they were dealing with sudden nausea too.

On my way to the mosque, I overheard neighbors talking about having the same issue, and quite a few people were heading to the pharmacy and local clinics.

Is anyone else in the area experiencing this today? Does anyone know what might be going on?

Play Console Bug: "Incomplete advertising ID declaration"

Publishing Overview

Sheet

Publishing Overview

App Content

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with the Google Play Console where a red error banner on the Publishing Overview page is preventing me from sending changes for review.

The Problem is:

On the Publishing Overview page, I have a red banner saying:

"1 issue affects all of your changes. Fix it to send changes for review."

When clicking "View issues", the popup states:

"Incomplete advertising ID declaration: All developers targeting Android 13 or later are required to let us know if their app uses advertising ID"

However, when I go to Policy & Programs -> App content -> Advertising ID, the declaration is completed and saved as "No, my app does not use an advertising ID" (it even shows *"Ready to send for review"* under Actioned declarations).

What I've tried so far:

  1. Re-saved the Advertising ID declaration multiple times (selected No -> Save).

  2. Toggled it to Yes (Analytics) -> Saved -> then back to No -> Saved.

  3. Cleared browser cache / hard refreshed in an incognito window.

  4. Toggled Managed Publishing on/off.

The red error banner remains stuck and the "Submit for review" button is permanently grayed out (as shown in the screenshots).

Has anyone encountered this sync bug before? Is there a workaround, or is it a backend delay on Google's end?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

NOTE: I had ads in my app, but now i've removed them, and updated my code - i throughly checked every area, so that no ad code are present. One thing is my app still uses in-app-purchases.
I even audit with AI , it still found nothing

Today I learned something...

And that is:

  • So basically companies pay YouTube to show ads.
  • And we pay YouTube to hide ads

Found a gorgeous new open-source Android game launcher called eOr (with RetroAchievements and Save Sync)

Hey everyone wssup

I wanted to share eOr - an open-source game launcher built specifically for Android handhelds and phones. It has a clean, controller-first interface with some really great features:

Automatic Art Scraping: It pulls box art, screenshots, and video previews seamlessly using ScreenScraper.

Built-in Save Sync: Keeps your emulator saves synced across your devices using Syncthing via a simple QR code pairing.

RetroAchievements Support: You can log in to view your points, rank, and recent progress directly inside the app.

Broad Emulator Support: Auto-detects and launches into RetroArch and dozens of standalone emulators.

It's completely free and open-source. You can check out the source code and installation steps on the eOr GitHub repository.

Note: I'm not author of this repo...

Core i5-9500 + AMD Rx5700 XT

Questions:

  • What settings are best for my setup
  • Can I use Integrated GPU + AMD GPU (both at same time)
  • Does Scaling increases Load?

Is it possible in future for youtube/other to get blocked on browsers (running MV-2 Extensions)

Recently Google blocked all MV-2 extensions in version 150 and users can no longer install MV-2 extension.

While they can't on Google Chrome, but still can on other browsers (e.g. Helium, Firefox, etc)

My question is: is it possible in future for Google to block youtube or other sites to get block or not work on browsers running MV-2.

I built a completely private, ad-free prayer tracker app

Hey guyzzes and graaills (les get a lil bit on the muslim side - shall we, hehe)

Most prayer apps out there are super

  • bloated
  • full of annoying ads
  • or doing sketchy stuff with user data

soooo, I decided to build my own "Daily Salah" - tadaaaa

  • It's got a really clean, minimalist dark/light mode UI.
  • Lets you catch up on past days easily
  • Has a "Lifetime Journey" feature so you can track your all time prayers/habits (what you wanna call it)
  • Bunch of stats (yeah staaaats)

and It's 100% private. All the data stays strictly on your device and never leaves your phone.

It's completely free on the Google Play Store if anyone wants to check it out. I'd love to hear what you guys think or if there are any features you want me to add! (please tell me about some features to implement)
