So I know new Dusk and Dawn is propably not a core item on Azir no matter how you play, but is it the best option in some situations ?
Very expensive but swapping a full AP item for it gives you better soldier and survivability.
So idk, any idea when it is better than the usual options ?

I am glad skilled people dedicate some of their time to such forum :)
I am posting here just to know this is something obvious or if ir requires a proper look by a doctor.
Symptoms :
- around a month and half ago, black spots started spawning around my thumbs.
- It looks like "dirt" but ofc don't wash off and is very much the skin itself.
- I have been trying pay attention and there seems to be no "red phase" before turning black.
- Since I always had a sensitive skin, I did not give much thought but it is spreeding slowly form the thumbs.
- From self examination I did not find any other areas. I am not trained for self-diagnosis so ofc take it with a grain of salt.
Me the patient and all my medical background that could have an impact as far as I know :
- 25 years old caucasian male
- Very white skin, you can reliably play tic-tac-toe on by skin without really hurting/cutting anything.
- Under antidepresant, anxiolitic, adhd medication and some nutritional complements.
- So ofc regular episodes of intenses emotional stress
- Alcoholic, not quite sober but not far from it.
- To be honest, my personal hygiene is not always the best : old bed sheets, a shower every 3 days, plenty of dust in my bedroom...
- Sleep issues : irregular and often not very restfull
