Progress after a few months of trying to get my life back together (42m)

I started my weight loss journey in September of last year, but didn’t really take it seriously until February when I started peptides, Tirzepatide to be exact. Now after 4 months I am so much closer to my goal of being healthier and happier! I’m currently 215lbs and I still have a ways to go but am very excited to be in the best shape of my life soon! Any advice as to what I should do to tighten up even more is greatly appreciated!

Hike along the Stream Trail in Oakland California

Beautiful morning hike along the Stream Trail in Oakland California. Easy hike along a stream (hence the name) and among the redwood trees.

I’ve been on Tirz for a couple months now and lost over 20lbs so far. I am currently on 7.5mg once a week. I have been wanting to use Reta for a while now and have finally gotten my hands on some. My question, is it ok or has anyone in here used both side by side? Does it work or is it like trying to fill an already full tank? I love the Tirz effects but if Reta is superior by itself then I will definitely try that and it’ll save me a lot of money as well. Appreciate any and all advice!

I have been taking tirz for a little over 2 months now, I started with 2.5mg for 4 weeks and dropped a significant amount of weight fast, then took 5mg for 4 weeks and was still dropping weight but not as significantly so bumped up to 7.5mg and have been sitting in a plateau. Full disclosure I went to Tokyo and Hawaii on vacation and drank and ate crap but I did not gain or lose weight during that week (3/29-4/5). I have been buckling down since and restricting my calories even more (about 1700kcal a day to 1300kcal a day now). Please tell me this is just a speed bump and if I titrate up I will see results again! Goal weight is 180 and I’m currently 227. 😩
