Has anyone tried glutathione capsules or supplements and what dose?
I don’t think I want to do injections. Are glutathione supplements effective?

Does anyone know if they plan to rerelease fruity and bright? I’ve missed it for years.
I made a post similar to this but after doing more research I can provide more context. I stupidly did Botox and my muscles are still pretty frozen which means the Botox is still active and in my system. It has aged me horribly as my masseter muscles have also atrophied due to the lack of movement. I’m looking to get as much movement and muscle back as fast as possible. After researching I learned Botox blocks acetylcholine which is what is needed for muscle contraction. New nerve endings will have to grow so I am taking Sulphoraphane, b12, citicholine (for acetylcholine), fish oil, and vitamin C. I’m exercising regularly and using a sauna a few days a week after hearing several anecdotal stories of this helping metabolize Botox faster
It aged me 10 years. I have laxity in the lower half of my face I didn’t have before, more prominent smile lines, and my cheeks are gaunt. Just wanted to put this out here for those 30+ to rethink it if you are considering because it’s blown up on social media lately
I’m a beginner and on a budget. I’d like to start with the stamp first (I don’t trust rollers from what I’ve seen) before getting an actual machine. I’m not sure which ones have “real” needles that won’t cause scarring.
Stupidly did Botox in the masseters and my face is gaunt and aged 10 years. I’ve had it for 1 month so the muscles are still very weak and frozen. What supplements could be used to rebuild the nerves?
I look like a different person. I’m scared of how long it will take to go back to normal. It aged me 10+ years. Tox is still in full effect no where near wearing off so I don’t know if chewing gum is helping
I’m one month in and I already look older. Slight signs of jowling and my cheeks are gaunt. The slimmer face doesn’t suit me. My chin is now looking too pointy also. To everyone who’s going to say “just wait it out” I’m asking for tips to speed it up even if it’s just slightly. Anyone tried copper? Should I chew gum or would it just make the surrounding muscles compensate because the masseters are still paralyzed?
Went to rehab and the whole 9 yards. Quit going to AA. Don’t have the motivation to be sober anymore. Honestly just waiting to die. I was engaged didn’t go through with the marriage he was also an alcoholic. Single and drunk. I haven’t touched the vodka yet keeping it at beers for now
I had a very slight overbite and a little crowding nothing major. Invisalign flattened my mid face. I look like a different person I have severe muscle loss and I believe bone deformity/compression. If something similar has happened to you please share your story.
I dealt with the reactivity for 3 years. I miss him but I don’t regret it.
I’ve had them for 4 months. The apples of my cheeks are gone and my mid face is flat. My cheeks look sunken and old.
In my 30s. I don’t want to have to go through IVF in a few more years if I wait. I don’t see myself finding a relationship that will work out forever. I had plans to get married but I let them go. I date good guys with a good salary and good intentions but it has never worked out “forever”. I am willing to have a child with anyone I see fit to be a parent and will co parent that I’m dating at this point. Thoughts? Anyone else feel the same? I don’t want to use a sperm donor.
My partner (33) has a job, goes to work, then comes home and does nothing and the nothing is also on days off. When I mean nothing I mean sit in a chair or lay down. Doesn’t watch TV, doesn’t have social media, no hobbies. Only listens to music at times. I’ve suggested simple activities like going to the movies, bowling, going to a park, and even more extravagant activities like concerts or swimming with dolphins. All have been declined. My partner is reserved but doesn’t act depressed. I have asked about the possibility of a mental health issue and was told no. I’ve asked if they had any activities they enjoyed during childhood and answer was no. Is this normal for anyone? I don’t want to criticize I just can’t see this being normal for anyone. We have been dating for over a year. We have very good conversations with a lot of laughter and we are intimate. They have 2 friends and when they hangout they go to each others houses and talk, no activities also.
Title says it all. I’m stressed all the time. I tried.
