Jag börjar med rapamycininjicering för min nästa IVF-cykel. Min IVF-läkare ville inte skriva ut det till mig, så jag fick det genom en läkare som specialiserar sig på livslängd.

Jag tänker mig att ta 5 mg en gång i veckan i 6-8 veckor innan min nästa ägguttagning.

Är det någon som har erfarenhet av rapamycin?

Jag försöker naturligt under sommaren, kommer det att stoppa min ägglossning? Finns det några biverkningar? Slutar folk eller fortsätter de under stimuleringar?

Im starting rapamycin priming for my next ivf cycle. My ivf doctor wouldn’t prescribe it to me so I got it through a longevity dr.

I’m thinking of doing 5 mg once per week for 6-8 weeks before my next retrieval.

Has anyone experience of rapamycin?

I’m trying naturally during the summer, will it stop my ovulation? Any side effects? Do people stop or continue though stims?

Im 41 and trying to conceive my third child. Amh 0.5.

Two first children conceived unassisted when I was 33 and 37.

Started trying unassisted at 39.75. Pregnant on first try but miscarried at 8 weeks. Pregnant again right after turning 40 but sadly had a TFMR due to chromosomal abnormality at 17 weeks.

After the TFMR my cycles where very long and I couldn’t get pregnant. Turned to ivf when I was 40.75. First round on high dosage and estrogen priming only yielded 5 eggs, 3 fertilized but no blasts. We went abroad for the cycle to pgt test but since we had 0 blast that didn’t happen.

In changed clinics and did a round in my home country right before turning 41. High doses of stims. 8 eggs but only one fertilized. Transferred a day 3 embryo but no pregnancy.

The next cycle I conceived unassisted. MMC week 10 after great beta and heartbeat week 8.

Last cycle I tried a medicated timed intercourse cycle with Letrozole and 75 iu menopur for 6 days. Chemical pregnancy and just started bleeding.

My doctor has suggested a new ivf cycle with milder stimulations (Letrozole and 225 iu menopur). I’m also in contract with another highly reputable clinic who says 450 iu menopur is what they would suggest. I’m also in contact with a clinic abroad who offer donor eggs with photos of the egg donors as children. I have found two donors that resembles me and my other children a lot.

What should I do?

I’m 41 with very bad egg quality. I have low amh and get 4-8 eggs per cycle but only 1 egg fertilized even with icsi, zymot and calcium ionophore.

I take all the supplements, do acupuncture and red light therapy. My husband also takes supplements but the problem seem to be me.

I just seem to have a lot worse egg quality than average. Statistically I should still have some euploid eggs though.

Has anyone been able to turn very bad egg quality around? Is it a matter of just keep trying or look into donor eggs?

Second cycle: icsi with zymot and calcium ionophore. 8 eggs retrieved, 8 mature but only 1 fertilized. We transferred that as a 3 day embryo but it failed.

Should I do my third cycle with icsi or natural ivf? My clinic recommends icsi since that is what ”most patients do” but perhaps my old eggs don’t like icsi?
