Is it a mini velo? A children's bike? I don't know, it was weird enough that I had to have it. It's obviously made in the early 90s, completely stock and rarely ridden. The frame style and the ridiculously long cranks make me think it's for (young) adults but the low bar give children's bike vibes. Didn't find any infos on the internet... I will probably turn it into a rideable mini velo for my wife. What do you think?
