Camping near riverside india son river

Two Years Ago: My First Riverside Moto Camping Trip with the Solognac Camo Tarp Shelter 🏕️🌊
Found this old photo from two years ago and it brought back some great memories.
I packed my motorcycle with basic camping gear and rode to a quiet riverside spot. No resorts, no crowds, no network—just the sound of flowing water, wind, and birds. I set up my Solognac Camo Tarp on the sandy bank and spent the night under the open sky.
The weather kept changing throughout the day. Dark monsoon clouds rolled in, the river looked calm, and the camouflage tarp blended surprisingly well with the surroundings. Sitting there with a simple meal and watching the sunset made me realize how little we actually need to feel content.
The best part wasn't having expensive gear—it was the freedom of carrying everything on a motorcycle and sleeping in nature.
My Shelter
Solognac Camo Tarp
Specifications:
Size: 2.85 × 2.4 m (approximately 9.3 × 7.9 ft)
Weight: Around 1 kg
Material: Waterproof polyester with camouflage print
Waterproof Rating: Approximately 2,000 mm hydrostatic head
Multiple tie-out points for different pitching configurations
Packs down compactly, making it ideal for motorcycle camping, bushcraft, trekking, and minimalist camping
Even after two years, it's still one of my favorite pieces of camping gear because of how versatile and lightweight it is.
Sometimes the best trips are the simplest ones.
Just a motorcycle, a tarp, a river, and a night under the clouds.
