Alright so I've been doing cold outreach manually for a client project and its time to actually get a proper cold email tool. Spent the last few days comparing options and holy shit some of these cold email platforms want $300+ per month just to send emails.
i only need to send maybe 500-1000 emails per week, nothing crazy. dont need 47 different features, just solid email deliverability and ideally some way to find verified emails since my current data sucks
right now leaning towards Prospeo since their starter plan seems pretty affordable and includes email finding with decent accuracy from what ive read. also looked at Apollo but seems like overkill for what i need. mainly want something that wont destroy my budget while i figure out if cold email actually works for this niche
anyone using something in the sub-$100 range thats actually decent? or should i just bite the bullet and get one of the expensive platforms
