Update: Judge denies WPATH request to block FTC from proceeding in Texas

Republicans and far right judges are subverting both the First Amendment and well-established medicine in this bogus case against WPATH.

The first result will be a means of killing American minors. Literal children. And if WPATH cannot finance the full force of a federal legal assault, millions of American adults are next, affecting those not financially able to travel long distances or pay out of pocket for basic healthcare hardest.

This is the beginning of a genocide level extermination event.
