And then in the NEXT episode when Doug has a new trainee, she mentions the dead manager and deacon is a normal driver again…. What’s up with that?

I wonder if the episodes will released out of order of the writing. Seems odd that even if deacon resigned the position that the new trainee would reference the dead previous manager.
