ADHD Cowboy Stew

I dont consider myself a cook, Im bad at keeping track of things, ADHD and all that, so a common thing Ive always enjoyed has basically been beans and brauts with seasonings, I called it "Cowboy Beans". Today I decided to evolve it into a full on stew and it turned out fantastic if I do say so myself!

2 Polish Kielbasa (or your preferred flavor of sausage) chopped up, thrown on a baking pan lined with tin foil all in one layer, 400 degrees for 25 minutes (no need to wait for oven to reach temp, just put em in once you got em chopped up and laid out in the pan).

Once you start that add to a big stew pot:

1 can of Campbell's Chunky Steak and Potato soup

1 large can of Bush's Country Style Baked Beans (could be any Style of baked beans really)

2 jars of Saurkraut (pour out the liquid in 1 of them before adding)

I started the can of soup and kinda let it simmer at 3-5 heat to make it a bit less soupy, then when it was a consistency I liked I added the beans and saurkraut. Let that all cook down some, stir it up every few minutes. When the Kielbasa is done (after 25 minutes) add to the stew pot, then season with:

Sea Salt

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Chipotle Chili Powder

Ground Basil

Ground Oregano

Ground Black Pepper

Honey

I added a fairly good amount of all of em, basically enough of each that I could see each layer coat the top of the stew before moving to the next seasoning. A bit less of the Salt and the Chili Powder compared to the rest, a bit more of the honey than the others, but its all dependant on your flavor pallet.

Continue to let simmer at 3 heat and cook down for maybe 20 more minutes, stirring every few minutes.

This makes a fairly large amount, enough to throw in some jars (the used Saurkraut jars?) to share with your friends, family, or neighbors and still have plenty for meal prepped the next couple days.

After you've had your bowls, put the rest into some containers and continue to let sit out. Rinse the stew pot as soon as you've emptied it into containers for ease of cleaning. Once the containers are only a bit warm, close them up and put in the fridge for meal prep.

I had just the stew by itself tonight and it was great! Tomorrow Ill make some rice to go with it. Im betting this is one of those things that will be even better the next day, as most stews are.

Let me know what you think of the recipe, especially if you try it out!

Rack-A-Tiers Croc's Jr. Wire Strippers

Been using them for about 6 months now, theyre great for my purposes (Fire/Security Electrician) I felt it worth noting that the 22 AWG will absolutely mangle 22g stranded wires, but I recently realized that the 18 AWG strips them perfectly, doesnt go through the jacket completely which ensures the strands dont get fucked and it pulls them completely clean. It does have 6-32 and 8-32 machine screw cutters as well but it hurts a bit to get through the 8-32, and leaves a bit of a but. Thankfully I dont actually have to use that function much, mostly have only done so for testing the use. Also the cutter doesnt like to go through the string when cutting lines or when cutting the string seperately, I tend to use my knife to cut the strings clean after I strip all my 4/22 to where I want them. Other security techs: What have you found is best for Fire/Security lines?

Paying for CEU No show, local 46

How do I pay for my missed CEU? The weekend got away from me and I completely forgot I had a class Saturday. I got an email notice but it doesnt include a link, and their explenation of how to pay is "you can pay online under the Bill Pay tab in your account." It doesnt say what site its referring to and Ive searched the tradeschoolsinc website where we sign up for CEU's, it doesnt seem to be there. Any guidance would be appreciated!

Conspiracy theorists love the idea of a lost pyramid anywhere else but Egypt when Egypt has possibly 17 actual lost pyramids they could be all hyped on!

They used satellites to scan with infrared and found literally SO MANY lost structures and mega structures around Egypt and the Sahara!

I need names of people murdered by our government

I'm going to make a vigil for all those who have been murdered by ICE or after deportation. I know I can do searches but I also know most searches would mostly result in the names of just the US citizens who have been murdered, and I want to go beyond that. Most people know those names already. Theyre still going up, but I want more for this.

Edit: If you have pictures of anyone named please share their photo and name.

Did any factions rebuild phone lines?

There are several that have power and infrastructure set up for their communities. I know the institute uses some kind of communications that vaguely act cellular (no physical line needed and not utilizing radio) but do any of the other factions have phone lines setup? Was watching the fan made film "Fallout: Invasion of New Vegas" and the NCR there uses phones to communicate between bases and I realized I dont remember seeing them actually do that in-game. My memory could be spotty though.

ICON Mag Mat for secret extra storage

Pretty happy with how well everything holds on. Originally was gonna put it on my sheet pan parts drawer but it doesnt fit, then when I was taking it off it stuck to the top and I realized how genius that is, who ever makes use of the underside of a seat? And things dont fall off while I bump over rough ground or gaps in concrete or whatever.

How to rivet drawer sliders to a tray to my rolling stool

Im trying to figure out what the best way to go about this would be to ensure everything lines up right. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I drew a paper stencil of the holes available on the tracks but after I did that I was thinking to myself "ok but still how do I ensure this lines up well. Then I figured Id ask for some ideas from people who have done similar projects.

Vessel TPC-10 Screwdriver Case

Handy little case, the elastic on the left side top mostly just gets in the way of putting things in there, even smaller things than the strippers but Ive worked out a decent setup I think. No pressure on the zipper, and all the bits for the fasteners I run into for the electric.

New Klein Ball-Grip "Tru-Grip" Screwdriver just dropped. Now with integrated stubby, and 7 bits

Im a fan of this line that theyve been coming out with. Ive already got the first two. This one is pretty gorgeous, Im curious how durable the acrylic at the top of the extension is, but otherwise its a pretty cool concept. Clearly kinda coming at the Vessel Ratcheting Screwdrivers design with the integrated Stubby, no ratchet in this one though. Really though, cant get over how pretty it is!
