Hi everyone,

I’ve been offered an RA internship at Politecnico di Milano (PoliMi), Milan, and I’m trying to figure out what stipend I should reasonably ask for/negotiate.

It would be a research internship, and I’ll be relocating from my home country to Milan for the internship.

For anyone who has done an RA/research internship at PoliMi or in Milan:

- What stipend range is reasonable to ask for?

- What would be enough to cover basic living expenses in Milan?

- Are there any additional benefits/allowances I should ask about, such as accommodation, travel, meals, or health insurance?

Would really appreciate any advice from people familiar with PoliMi or the Italian research internship system.

Hello , I am 4th year B.Tech biotechnology student. I want to either do an MS or a PhD but have a budget constraint so looking for either a fully funded master and PhD.

I have a published paper, but it's in the biomedical domain ( even though I'm open to doing so in the biomedical domain).

Could anyone pls advice which all program to apply , how is the situation likely abroad , is ms or Phd really worth is

I have few doubt regarding advance standing.. if any senior opted for that please answer

1. Can we sit for internship in our 4th year ?

2. Can we cancel advance standing at the end of 4th given that my all btech courses are completed

3. Is advance standing gives edge during the placement at 5th year ?

Please tell more about the branch if any have knowledge..I went through the syllabus pdf also , but couldnt get much idea about the courses and future aspects

Yesterday, while traveling from Delhi to Kota, I lost my phone at Rajiv Chowk. I immediately checked its last location, and it showed Sohna Bypass. We kept calling, but no one answered, so I started losing hope and had to continue my journey.

Later, I asked my mother to keep trying my number. After some time, a lady answered and said my phone was safe with her. I spoke to her and requested her address so I could collect it the next day, but after that, she stopped answering calls. Since I was still traveling, I couldn’t keep checking the live location, and now Find My Device is no longer showing the last location.

At this point, I’m not sure what to do. If anyone has advice on how I can track it or recover it, please let me know.
