These are made by Takara for Carlton. They look like they'll work pretty well. Never been opened, factory sealed tape.

The figure is from 1999 as well, but it's a Matchbox!

I found these in an album of other cards.

One of my other packages Transformers merchandise is this. Shooting Stars marbles, got em on clearance at Toys R Us for 75 cents or some such.

Loved the old clearance aisles.
