Pork from my coworker

A coworker gave me a raw pork chop that he put in plastic himself like it would be in a store. I'm thinking I'm gonna eat it tonight, but could there possibly be any risk to this? I don't know where he got the meat from, or the whole story behind it. I would think it's probably safe, he wouldn't hand these out if he knew they were bad, and he seems like the kinda guy that would know a lot of (often random) stuff. But I'm just unsure.

Why does Frutus Isle give me so many peaches and hardly anything else?

I never send ingots with my ships, but I used to always get plenty of watermelons and plums whenever I sent my ships to Frutus Isle. Eventually, the plums started to become more scarce, and recently, watermelons too. Today, I had all four ships come back carrying exclusively peaches. What's going on here? I even upgraded the island twice to increase the chances of getting plums.

Am I the jerk for kindly informing my coworkers that there was work to be done?

So, I work in a warehouse behind a furniture store. There's four other guys who work back here with me, one of them being the warehouse manager. There often is not much work to be done, so we spend a lot of time sitting around a table in front of a big fan. The fan can be noisy, so we often don't hear what people are saying elsewhere in the warehouse. Today, I had stepped away from this little area to see what the warehouse manager was doing. He told me we were gonna need to open some boxes to inspect some furniture, as well as put some chairs together. I didn't have my knife to open the boxes, so I went back to the table to get it. When I was over there, two of my coworkers, a 42 year old and a 44 year old, were both sitting there, so I told them, in a very casual manner, "alright, we got some work to do", because they likely did not hear what the warehouse manager told me on the other side of the warehouse. Now, I'm 19 years old. The 44 year old didn't care after I told them that, but the 42 year old got real pissed off at me, telling me not to talk to him like that, it's rude, disrespectful, etc, he kept saying he's got kids older than me, don't ever talk to him like that again. He told me to go back to what I was doing (unboxing furniture) and he would go back to what he was doing (watching a movie). Now, I didn't say it in any kind of rude way or anything. I said it in the same tone and manner that I might say something like, "well, the weekend's almost here" or "well, looks like the weather's finally cooling down". But he took it as a personal insult. Also, if it makes any difference, he got hired here about a month and a half ago, and I got hired a month before him. Also, this is the third outburst he's had this week. Two days ago, he got in a fight with the warehouse manager because he didn't want to do something the manager told him to do, and yesterday they got in another fight after he did something that he swore the manager told him to do but apparently hadn't. And this week is the first time I've ever heard either one of them yell. But anyway, who's in the wrong here?

TL;DR

I kindly informed my older coworkers that there was work to be done, and one of them flipped out. But please read the whole thing above for context.

Edit: Normally me and him are quite friendly toward each other. I just came back from lunch though and he said he just deleted my number from his phone and he'll never call me again.

Unusually Long AI Response

A few months ago I looked up something about hoarding. I don't remember what it was but it gave me a really long response. I was in incognito so I couldn't screenshot it, but I did copy and paste it to a notes app. Here's what it said.

Hoarding disorder is considered a universal phenomenon with similar prevalence rates—roughly 2% to 6% of the population—across various cultures, races, and ethnicities. As a result, no single country is officially recognized as having zero hoarders. Are high schoolers actually as stupid as many people describe them?

I'm 19, and I was homeschooled for most of my time in school. I often hear about high schoolers or even college students who can hardly read or write, can't spell their name, can't do basic arithmetic, etc. How true are these stories? I personally (as far as I know) have never met anybody like that, everyone my age, above my age, and well below my age that I know is well above that level of education. So where do all these stories come from?

A side note: as I mentioned, I was homeschooled, and though some of the people I know were homeschooled, most were not, instead going to mostly public school, though a few went to private school. So where are all the stupid people I keep hearing about?

What would this kind of relation be called?

Suppose your mother died, and your father got remarried to your mother's sister, and then had more children. What would those children be to you? Your half siblings? Cousins? Three quarter siblings?

And what would it be if your father married your mother's half sister?

I'm looking for some clean teen movies from the 80s

It seems like most teen movies (and sometimes, movies in general) from the 80s tend to have lots of sexual stuff in it, does anyone know about any teen movies from the 80s without any of that stuff in it?

Does anybody else hope they will record a pop album with Emily?

I think it'd be really cool to hear a pop album with Emily singing, like a One More Light 2.0. With Mike Shinoda in there too of course. Who else thinks so?

How do anarchists plan to prevent murder?

One thing I have often wondered about anarchy is how horrible things like rape or murder would be prevented, and if they are committed, what is done with the one who did those things?

Am I missing something here?

I found this written in a section of a book that contains a genealogical history of the author's family.

Martha was born in January 1885, and got married for the first time at the age of 16, in December 1910. her husband, who was born in the same year as her, was 23. They got divorced after three years. Then, she married her second husband in November of 1906, when she was 20. Her husband was born in September of 1886, and was 19.

Everything written here sounds like complete nonsense to me, is there something I have somehow missed that would make it make sense? Or could it be that the author is just really, really bad at genealogical research?

Edit: Here is a link to another Reddit post where I took a picture of this book.

How do I tell someone I don't want to go to there house?

My old boss wants me to "swing by his house" on my way home from work so he can give me some flip flops and wants me to do some work for him too. His house is waaaay out of the way of my way home, and I really don't wanna have to go all that way after work. What do I tell him?

Is Xero's exact date of formation known?

Is their exact date of formation known? Do they have any remembrance of what it may be? I realized that this year marks 30 years since they became a band so I'm wondering if the exact date is known so we could know when the 30 year anniversary is.

What do I do I'm so boooorrrrred

I work in a warehouse behind a furniture store and there's literally nothing to do all day. I sweep the warehouse and organize the tools and everything but eventually there's literally nothing left to do and the bosses just tell me to sit down and relax. I've been doing that for like 4 or 5 hours every day this week, just sitting down on my phone all day long. I'm so bored. And my knee is hurting so I don't really wanna get up from this chair if I can help it. My coworkers are sitting in here sleeping so there's not even anyone to talk to. I have at least 6 more hours before I can go home what do I do?

Edit: please quit telling me to quit and find a new job. Even though it can be boring at times, it pays well and has a great schedule, and I don't plan on quitting any time soon.

Did Mike write Figure 9?

I recently heard an early recording of Figure 9, which had different lyrics and only had Mike rapping, Chester did not sing. The lyrics were still kinda of the same theme though. I could've sworn I had heard the song was about Chester's traumatic experiences earlier in his life, but this makes it seem otherwise if Mike wrote it.
