Hey guys, typically I dislike drakes music because in MY opinion it just sounds bland but I know there are good drake songs that I would 100% like it’s just I haven’t found it yet so it would be great if you guys can recommend me some to listen to.

Currently these are my favourite hip hop artists

Saba
Kendrick
J Cole
McKinley Dixon
Benny the butcher
Nujabes
Kanye

The only 3 drake songs I like rn are

First is poetic justice (I know it’s only afeature but I think he was amazing in this song)

And Tuscan Leather which I think is really good

Fear- so so so good
Any other suggestions would be heavily appreciated (I know it’s better if I listen to all the albums but rn I don’t really have the time for that and have already a list of albums I have to listen to)

So basically I haven’t realised this before but changing lanes while the white line is solid is not alwed right? I have my restricted test soon but passed my practice restricted without thinking about this, would this be a critical error? Thanks

Hi guys I’m currently playing in the Norway leauge and in the 26/27 season i won the leauge which means champions leauge qualification/qualifying games, im in August of the 27/28 season but im looking at calendar and there isnt UCL games? I checked UCL tournament and there is already the games set so where tf is my ucl

For example one example is 7 years, obviously it’s a very popular song and in my opinion pretty good, I expected the song to be rated around 70 ish maybe but it has a rating of 22? Literally everyone who rated the song says they hate it, what is this herd mentality where people are trying to hate on mainstream music? Seriously do AOTY raters only care about how conceptual/experimental an album is?? Serious question why are so many “good/popular” obviously successful songs rated so low and hated by AOTY, I just want peoples opinions as to why

Hey giys so I’m looking to book my restricted test and am wondering where I should do it and if you guys have any tips to pass first try? I drive around the Albany area but my friends, and online everyone has been complaining about the VTNZ in Albany so I was wondering if I should take the test somewhere else? Like highbrook or warkworth as many of my friends who completed their restricted at warkworth passed first time and said it was very calm.

I’ve always loved lupe fiasco and his songs but I very rarely often understand the full context of what he’s saying and his message, so how do you guys do it? Because I would also like to be able to actually understand his messages in his songs

For example Jonylah forever, I never knew it was about a real child in real life which made the song even more heartbreaking, I also never knew that the song was a alternate universe where she saves herself but how do you guys dissect everything because I enjoy the songs a lot more when I get it and usually I have to search up the meaning to get it

So basically for a long time the only drake songs I would have would be drake getting featured on songs of artists I like, i would have made max 2-3 songs featuring drake. For a long time I also did not like drake because I’ve always thought he was a mediocre rapper at best and was the epitome of mainstream rap with surface level lyrics and I think that he’s more of a pop artists than rap (Nothing wrong with mainstream rap, I listen to mainstream rap all the time) but the thing is I’ve only listened to his not famous songs, and haven’t listened to any of his albums full and I’m willing to have an open mind and try him out, so as a new listener which albums should I listen to to understand drakes music, maybe this turns me into a fan? (Maybe max 3)

so obviously because TPAB is often called one of the greatest if not the greatest rap album oat i had to give it a listen. ive listened to it 5 full times, i can appriciate the lyrics but i dont know tpab i feel lacks i dont know like it doesnt feel like a song more. This is not me hating on conscious rap, as conscious rap is my favourite genre but idk i just enjoy GKMC like 5 times more, i also enjoy section 80 much more but what am i missing? i just feel like tpab is a good album but only added king kunta and alright to the playlist. I know some albums get better the more you listen to but is this still the case. I know music is subjective but please just tell me why you guys like tpab and why you guys like it more than other kendrick albums such as gkmc and section 80. just curious

edit: listening to it one more time, last time i listend to it was jan so will see how it goes

So from what I’ve seen lasers is probably the least liked lupe fiasco album because he apparently didn’t like the album as he was forced to make it more accessible to mainstream music? Am I right? Do most people just not like it because it doesn’t have the word play as his other albums like tetsuo and youth? Personally I enjoy listening to pop music/pop rap and that’s why I don’t hate lasers that much, I especially like the show goes on but what do you guys think? It probably is because I don’t really delve deep into the lyrics as much as most of the sub does
