Which pop girl owned each decade (starting from the 70s)?
For me it's
70s: Diana Ross
80s: Madonna
90s: Mariah
00s: Britney/Beyoncé I can't pick
10s: Ariana Grande (Honoourable Mention to Gaga)
20s (so far): Olivia Rodrigo

I've been seeing all over social media lately that 2 sets to failure is all you need. I've been doing 3 sets of 8-10. Which one is better? Are they both ass? Is it more nuanced?
I see it got a 64 on Metacritic which really confuses me because what I heard was a soncially daring (for Ariana) record with beautiful lyrics and BEYOND AMAZING AND EVEN BETTER THAN THAT vocal production. The songs are so infectious and well-written; I really don't get it. Did these critics listen to that ai petal audio or something?
I'm going to Barcelona in a month. I already speak around B1 French and B1/B2 Spanish. I know that if I speak Spanish with people, we will be able to communicate perfectly fine, but I've heard that speaking Catalan makes a better impression and enriches you further in the culture/makes you seem less distanced. I will be staying in the centre/a neighbourhood that's about 30 minutes by foot from the city centre and also visit Girona. I'm wondering if I learn some basic Catalan, will that be appreciated?

I'm gonna have to go with X Girlfriend, Fantasy, Make It Happen, Loverboy, Boy(I Need You), Honey and Heartbreaker.
The songs are:
Bang Bang by Ive
It's Me by Illit
Boompala, Crazy, Antifragile, Celebration by Le Sserafim
Strategy by TWICE
Boombayah, Pink Venom, Jump by Blackpink
Lemonade, Drama by Aespa and
RUDE! by Heart2Heart
Thanks for any recommendations!
For context I mean songs like Super Graphic Ultra Modern Girl by Chappell Roan, TRUST! by Rebecca Black, Lady Gaga, Adéla, Slayter that sort of vibe
I mean which song from Sad In Love do you see organically growing or taking off (through Tik Tok, radio etc.) and dominating? My money's on stupid song, honeybee or expectations.
Like I just heard it and I feel like it could've used some more collaborators. The song would've really benefited from an Aespa, Ive, Girls' Generation, Twice, Fifty Fifty, NewJeans, Red Velvet, Blackpink, Heart2Heart, Hyuna, Saint Satine, Pussycat Dolls, Spice Girls, Fifth Harmony, Destiny's Child, Little Mix, Supremes, Clark Sisters, Labelle, Andrews Sisters and En Vogue feature. The choreography and vocals of all of them combined would've added SO MUCH!
I've seen a lot of fans recently claim that she's gone full on pop and all the rock elements are just gone. Meanwhile, The Cure is firmly an alt/indie rock song and Drop Dead, while it does incorporate synth pop is still a pop rock song. Also, although it isn't confirmed yet, track titles like "maggots for brains" and "cigarette smoke" sound pretty edgy and possibly rock.
On all social medias, people have been saying "The Cure" sounds similar to "Everlong" by Foo Fighters. Meanwhile all they have in common is a guitar (one acoustic while the other electric) with down strums (not even the same pattern). And that's just the intro.... The melody, lyrics, production, everything from that point on is completely different. The only similarity is that it's the same genre of music. That's it. Why do people try to write off Olivia and Dan's creativity?
Honestly phenomenal that a 5 minute long 90s alt rock style ballad has done this well so far. Brava! For comparison Bad Idea Right debut with ~5 million and Drop Dead with ~10 million.
I only got 1,3,4,5,6 and 7
