Which one to buy

Hi everyone.

I'm totally new to the pizza making world (despite being from Napoli), and I would like to learn everything possible and master the art of pizza.

I was checking out the new Gozney Dome XL gen2, it looks fabulous and having a garden would really hit the spot for me.

As I said, being totally new to this, I'm not sure it would be the best thing to do, to spend 3k on the first oven.

Would you suggest me to get an Arc XL first and eventually upgrade?

Which are the essential tools I should get?
(Dough boxes, peels, bowls etc)

Tia.

Ireland - new house Appliances

Hi everyone, hope y'all can help me.

I am in the process of accessorizing my kitchen/laundry/living room and I wanted to know if you could suggest me some pieces according to my budget, and where to buy if possible. (cork- Ireland)

P.s I have to specify I am from Ireland(EU) as many US appliances/models can't be found here.

Anyway, budget:

Free standing American fridge freezer €2.500 (water dispenser is a plus)

Built in double oven: €1.300

Induction hob: €850

Dishwasher: €650

Laundry (washing machine and dryers) €1.800 combined

TV: €2.000

Thanks everyone in advance.

Deed of confirmation - gift letter

Hi, so I’m buying a house, I’m almost at the final stages, and bank of ireland requested me this document (deed of confirmation) in the completion documents needed.
Note: I am italian, 2 years ago my father who lives in italy gifted me a sum that exceeds 35k€.
The bank requested few documents, including this gift letter which I already provided them with, and deed of confirmation.

Does that mean that my father needs to come to Ireland to sign something? What do I have to do not have problems and speed up the drawdown process? On the gift letter my father already ticked the box saying he did not take legal advice from any solicitor and he’s aware of the process, but apparently this "deed of confirmation" is needed too. Is it something my solicitor needs to physically post to italy or it can be done digitally?

Thanks everyone.

Looking for a room

Hi everyone, my cousin (who still cannot post on reddit or comment) arrives in Cork on the 25th of July, with a job contract, working from home.

Anyone looking for a tenant or knows anyone who rents out a room?

Many thanks in advance.

Fatttt night

My 31 days dry aged chuck and brisket oklahoma smash burgers, and then I had to fry few chicken tenders for my guests (great excuse)

Unfortunately couldn't bake the buns myself, so had to buy store's ones.

75/25 beef, homemade pickles, red leicester charleville cheddar, whiskey smoked bacon, white onions smashes onto the patties, shack sauce.

Beef blend suggestion

Hi everyone, I apologize in advance if this post does not suit the group, but I wouldn't know where to ask.

I'd love to try Meat Castles smash burgers, but I'm from Ireland and I've never had the chance to try them yet.

What do you think these patties beef blend is? How much fat for 100g? I'd like to try and reproduce them at home, thank you everyone.

BOI Gift form help

Hi everyone, hope any of you can help clearing out this doubt for me.

So, I am at the final stages of purchasing a property (Underwriter review on BOI, step5 out of 7), basically pre-snag, but I have a doubt about BOI's gift form.

My father gifted me an amount of money few years ago which I saved to buy a property, (more than 30k).

Once underwriter review is done, they will ask me to have my father to fill out this form, and I was wondering;

As it's more than €30k, can my father just tick the box stating "I confirm that I have not taken independent legal advice on this Gift,
I understand my obligations under this Gift and I am satisfied to sign it without such advice"

Or we mandatorily need a second solicitor confirming that my father does not own a percentage of the property?

Support/advice as an L3

Hi all, I don't want to be boring with layoffs related posts, but I hope any of you could help me even a lil bit.

I am going through a really hard time in my life stress-related, as I am about to accomplish something really big for me, but I really can't enjoy it as I constantly keep thinking about layoffs. This gives me loads of anxiety and sometimes I can't even sleep/eat.

I am an L3 SPS associate in Ireland (I handle chats, calls, emails) and this post is definitely generated by myself panicking, but I'd need some of your kind (even if it isn't truthful) words to help me calm down a bit and be positive.

question; do you think I'll be safe at least until July/August? I am aware NOBODY could say it for sure, I just want to hear your thoughts...

Thanks everyone in advance.
