I have a cruise booked in two weeks and now I’m hearing I need a notarized letter from the other parent if you have split custody saying it’s ok for him to travel with me , is this true has anyone experienced this

It’s about 20 years old, it’s still in perfect condition and holds humidity very well, my dad gave it to me it’s one he used to use, it has not been used it a very long time, here’s what I’m doing to season it

84% boveda pack with a small hygrometer in it to monitor, from what I researched, keep this in it for about two weeks , than take it out and let sit for 2 days with no humidity pack , than put in the pack I want to use

My question is, when it comes to Spanish cedar sheets, should I put one or two in at the bottom or no, I see things that say don’t use them at all because they’re just personal preference for aroma , than I see people saying it’s good to use them during the seasoning process with older humidors … thought ?

I’m going in a cruise to the Bahamas in July and stopping in Nassau , I want to go to the greycliff cigar store and buy some cigars and I’m wondering anyone has been there. Is it walking distance to from the cruise port? Any recommendations while I’m there?
