Microdosing current results

I was upset this morning cause I still have a few breakouts, then I saw my purge picture lol. I did 40 mg for 6 months, it was awful, I was in pain and my face was constantly peeling and breaking out everywhere. Then, got a new derm, she put on 10mg/day and I changed ALL my skincare products. The first picture are a few months into 40mg and the last one are now on 10mg. Here your sign not to be afraid to lowering your dosage if your skin is not responding well. I still have a few closed comedones unfortunately BUT I’d admit my diet is atrocious.

Does anyone’s break out from elidel ?

Hi guys! I used elidel for 2 week and it did help my PD but I got a lot of closed comedone from it! Anyone’s else’s had the same reaction ? Right now I’m having tons of little pustule leaking on my chin, can’t use any moisturizer so the skin just flake and clogged none stop. What can I do please ??

Anyone’s else got skin problem from binging? Did it get better ?

Im really struggling for the last 2 weeks with binging on sugar, junk food, ice cream .. and I feel like my skin is suffering from it! I’m waking up everyday with news pimples and it make me feel anxious and ugly so I binge even more ??? Isn’t it crazy I think there’s just no hope for me to get better… I can’t even last a week without binging it’s ridiculous I wish I was able to control myself I just want to feel and be normal

When you binge sugar and processed food for a week….

Isn’t so hard to get back to a normal healthy diet? I literally don’t want to eat anything else than sugar or fast food right now. Life seems so boring and I’m in a bad mood 24/7 after a long week of binging on anything I wanted. My skin is also suffering from all of these binge! I just don’t understand how I’m supposed to get back to a normal diet ? I just want ice cream and chips, sushi, Mr puff and french fries. Is there anything in this world that can help with those nasty cravings?

Help

I have a derm appointment in 3 weeks, can’t have anything faster. These bumps appear overnight literally! I was using elidel for a perioal dermatitis and I’m also on low dose accutane. I’m just spiraling down bad right now anyone’s ever had this? I don’t even know if it’s acne anymore ..

Flushing and PIH

Anyone’s else here feel completely depressed because of the flushing side effects? Everytime I get hot or have a strong emotion like stress or even when I laugh my face get super red and suddenly I have tons of red mark on my face from the 20 pimples I had the last few weeks … feel like my skin won’t ever recover like 😞 I’m stuck with this stupid rosacea now

What should I use ??

Im on a low dose of accutane and despite spending LOT of money on products, I just can’t get rid of the dry flaky crusty skin on my face it’s like scaly skin … I’m afraid I’ll stay like this forever as I see fine line everywhere suddenly even worse with make up on. Please help!!! I can’t use anything with centella or niacinamide !

Can I avoid a lift

I would to avoid a lift because of the scaring and the surgery itself scare me a LOT but I guess I don’t have a lot of options..one surgeon told me I can go with only implant but the other one say no. What do you guys think?

Need help for a hydrating make up routine on accutane please

I need hydrating product because my face look patchy AF by the PM :( I wonder if my foundation is the main problem. If you have any suggestions of good foundation or skin tint, blush and bronzer that won’t cause acne but won’t emphasize my dry patch! I moisturize already before my make up but I feel like the make up itself dry my skin more..

Used to love summer and tanning.. now I hate it from the bottom of my heart

You know when you wake up with pretty much ok skin and then do your make up, go out and not only after 3 minutes in your car you get this burning painful flushing that make your whole face SWELLING and it hurt so bad even with the full blast AC on your face. Yes .. don’t even start me with tanning, enjoying a drink outside under the sun at the restaurant. Seriously what is this life lol? How am I gonna have a partner with a skin condition that is so limiting me. Also, I used to have really good skin but wanted to get rid of my hormonal acne and accutane destroy all kind of barrier I had. Every moisturizer just sit on top of my flaky skin. If I put too much then I have acne and the flushing to make it more noticeable. Guys I’m 33 years old and I wish I was 70. I don’t want to live another 30’s something years with this condition it’s just… no I can’t. I’m devastated

My chin is suffering

Hi guys as you can see on the picture I’m still dealing with lot of texture mainly from closed comedone that won’t leave. I’m starting to think accutane won’t ever do anything on these and since I’m on it since almost a years…. I guess maybe it’s time to pull the plug. My derm put me on a long time low dose (10mg/2-3 day) but my skin is just dry and so texture. Also I need to know what to do with the fine line on the side of my chin it’s super tight and I feel like my skin lost her elasticity:(
