Poseidon’s legendary boon King Tide does extra 200% damage against bosses and makes waves bigger 🌊

1st time ever completing a 36 fear run with the sister blades.

Poseidon is awesome! 💧💦

Apollo’s large attack and large cast make learning how to use the sister blades less scary.

His ability to enlarge attacks and casts lends much needed safety. I don’t have to be super close to the enemy to deal damage. Appreciate Apollo more than ever 🥹

Easiest and hardest weapons to master in your honest opinion?

I feel like it’s definitely Circe staff and Anubis staff, both of which are very powerful and low effort weapons.

In contrast, I find sister blades are insanely difficult to use. Being close up can be terrifying, especially in higher fear runs.

Kindle and a snack. Pure happiness.

Taking 15-20 minutes out of my day to unwind with a good book is everything.

Thousands of books in a tiny little device. What’s not to love?

Charon axe but with FOUR sun/tsunami explosions this time. Ultimate destruction 😳

Charon axe is pure destruction. You guys a fan of this aspect?

Charon axe + Apollo + Poseidon = match made in heaven

Apollo provides the unlimited magic (lucid gain), increased cast size (supernova), and the ability to make an additional atomic bomb (exceptional talent).

Poseidon provides the most destructive omega cast (geyser spout).

Thanatos scythe is absolutely DEADLY. Do you guys like it?

I ended up getting psychic whirlwind hammer, which was nice.

What changed the game completely was Apollo’s legendary, which created a second omega spin. Enemies just melted.

During the final fight, I had Poseidon’s god-sent hex as an emergency and I had Apollo’s self-healing infusion boon (you could see my health regenerating every time Chronos hit me).

I felt unstoppable during this run.

Do you consider Anubis staff one of the most powerful weapons?

The circle is so huge.

I love it.

Apollo has to be top 3 gods in this game. Anyone agree?

I just finished a 36 fear run with mainly his boons and it felt incredible.

His attack is huge, his cast is huge, his sprint gives you super speed (and provides a 9 second blinding curse), his magic gain is unlimited magic.

He is also the only god in the game with TWO HEALING OPTIONS mid-battle (I was able to stay alive with his self-healing boon and his warm breeze duo boon). And don’t even get me started on his god-sent hex (can melt enemies like crazy) and his legendary boon (game changing).

Supergiant nailed Apollo. He is the god of many talents and it damn well shows.

Final underworld boss tried to block my god-sent hex but failed 🤭

Sun worshipper ally and night bloom ally beating the living hell out of the final boss 😲

I took a backseat while my two allies beat the hell out of Cronos 🤭

Another Sun Worshipper run. Scylla and her bandmates are torn apart by a Sun worshipper 🫣

EOS torches benefits from the exceptional talent boon, which gave it double omega bursts.

And the ally that the sun worshipper boon created was RELENTLESS in attacking Scylla and her team.

Made this bullet hell boss bearable.

My favorite characters are Selene and Apollo. Who are yours?

Both have powers of light (🌙 ☀️) and their powers work together so well.

I love Selene’s regal and calming personality. Likewise, I love Apollo’s optimistic and calming personality.

And don’t even get me started on both of their voice acting. Perfection.

Sun worshipper duo boon is awesome. A servant who serves the god of light and can never die during the entire battle ☀️

This has to be my favorite duo boon.

It’s just so useful having an invincible side kick who does a bunch of damage.

Poseidon & Hestia’s scalding vapor duo boon. Boiling enemies to death 💧🔥☠️

Boiling enemies alive with Mel staff, Poseidon boons, and Hestia boons.

If that wasn’t good enough, I managed to get Apollo’s legendary boon, which then doubled the amount of water spheres. Hands down one of the most fun runs I’ve had.

Thanatos scythe. Do you use the omega spin attack? I’m a fan but I’ve seen people who forgo it.

Apollo’s attack boon (huge AOE) + his legendary boon (omegas fire twice) = easily slices and dices enemies to pieces.

I’ve always loved using the spin. I’ve seen people who hate it though and say they primarily use Thanatos scythe for its attack speed and that alone.

Selene’s coat. Thoughts on this weapon that can send down moon beams from the sky?

This is actually my very first time playing a coat weapon.

I got Ares’s god-sent hex, which makes Selene’s moon beams inflict wound.

Do you guys like this aspect? And any tips?

Hexes. Do you generally use them? Or skip them? 🌙

I’ve always found hexes pretty game changing.

Lunar ray is my favorite. So fast and deadly when infused with Apollo’s sunlight.

I don’t think there is truly a bad hex. Even weak ones (like wolf howl and dark side) serve a purpose by getting you out of bad situation.

I’ve always loved Momus, which I find to be the most fun weapon to play. Seeing your duplicate combos fire all over the screen is just awesome.

I always go for Apollo because his attack his huge and his legendary boon (featured in the video) fires omegas twice. Massive damage.
