This is driving me crazy. I'm answering a incoming call and I tap on the screen to pick up the call.
The phone call always goes to the physical phone instead of the Bluetooth audio and I'm saying hello like 8 times before I realize it's on my phone and I have to distracting change the audio back to the car.
Any help? I'm kind of stupid BTW so bear with me. Ty

They really need to work on these speed limit changes. Was cruising at 49 dropped to 40 right before a 30 speed limit sign. Coffee everywhere. Secure those lids. :(
Hey all bit of a situation. Upgraded to 2 gig fiber and I forgot to mention I have the older: Extender 6. I'm wanting to have it swapped for the Extender 6E but my problem is that when asking chat about swapping the devices they said that I would be charged $10 monthly.
I currently am grandfathered in for a free extender on my account with no monthly for it but when asking to swap the old for the new they said it would be a monthly fee. I was explaining this isn't like I'm adding a new extender so why would I lose my promotion on my account just to have it swapped. Any suggestions?
Just upgraded to 2gig fiber and the tech that came out installed the gateway 6 max. This one is the older model limited to only 2.4 and 5ghz. It lacks the 6ghz band. They provided me with the older XSR1500XM model.
Curious if anyone has had luck on having another tech sent out with the correct modem? When asking the tech he said he has not seen the the XSR250GK gateway 6e in stock. This doesn't seem right as this is what I'm paying for.
Would I be able to just call a physical store my self and swap it on my own or is a tech a necessary part? I had a lot of frustrations with them canceling last minute and bringing the wrong modem before. If I can just DIY I would prefer instead of wasting a day waiting for them.
Just had my Gpon modem replaced with this for 2gig fiber plan.
I was researching that optimum does have a 6E gateway XSR250GK which I asked the tech but he said this one in the title was the only one he carries.
Is there any way to request for this specific modem later on? As I would like to have the 6ghz wifi speeds. So I don't need to purchase a higher costing modem myself.
