Watching a lot of body cam footage and skinny women seem to slip their cuffs every time. Is there an option for very skinny people? Seems to be mostly women with skinny arms, wrists, bodies. I’m assuming a second set of cuffs above the elbows would not be allowed. Just saw 3 15 year olds basically using the handcuffs like a jump rope 😂.

Either Rollins or Benson go to visit a victim who was assaulted years ago. She’s a heavy drug user newly sober I think. The talk has her relapse and I think she overdoses. She’s taking care of her mom or grandmother and smoking heavily when visited by the detective. Thanks.
