For me, the most accurate depiction of a predator.

Delusional. Self aggrandizing. Full of rage and inadequacies. Lifelong failure. Everything is someone else’s fault. Just so badly wants to hurt people who couldn’t possibly defend themselves against him. Take out all his rage and sexual inadequacies on innocent women and children. Matthew Modine is also just an incredible actor. Should’ve won some kind of award for this.

(Non LEO here) Are there handcuff options for super skinny women?

Watching a lot of body cam footage and skinny women seem to slip their cuffs every time. Is there an option for very skinny people? Seems to be mostly women with skinny arms, wrists, bodies. I’m assuming a second set of cuffs above the elbows would not be allowed. Just saw 3 15 year olds basically using the handcuffs like a jump rope 😂.

Trying to find an episode

Either Rollins or Benson go to visit a victim who was assaulted years ago. She’s a heavy drug user newly sober I think. The talk has her relapse and I think she overdoses. She’s taking care of her mom or grandmother and smoking heavily when visited by the detective. Thanks.
