Clearly it threads onto the shower hose that’s attached to the shower head. I rent a room and my landlords son moved in with his boyfriend. I went to take a shower and saw this. And I really don’t like it just sitting there.

The color around my pupil is clearly defined as a different color than the rest of it however, I have seen a couple pictures of people with perfect circles of other colors, but you can obviously see. I have two separate eye colors in each eye.
