So Madam Gazab was recording the whole conversation that happened between Waseem and gazala, I think after Waseem threatened Gazala (that he was going to k!ll her), He left the scene and told Gazala to be back in a hour or something. Then Husna went to talk to Gazala (off camera, or may be camera was still on) and then pushed Gazala when the conversation didn’t go her way. Everything about Gazala jumping (that we have seen) was from Mahid’s pov. He didn’t see his mom actually jumping and it looked like she was pushed.

Fatima seems to be under the impression that Gazala did commit su!cide and I think Waseem thinks that she committed it because he threatened to k!ll her. He doesn’t want the evidence to be released because he will be blamed for pushing her to the point of su!cide.

Husna is the only one profiting from k!lling Gazala as then she was able to manipulate Mahid and put on a facade that she loved him more than her own son, so that later she could backstab Mahid (or use him), in order to put Haider in the mufti seat. She could easily threaten Waseem by using the recording she had saved (idk how it was preserved for so long, but then again it’s fiction) so now Waseem was out of the game.

I think she resented Gazala for having a healthy and happy life (she wasn’t jealous of Fatima as Waseem is evil but Adnan wasn’t and treated Gazala well I think). When Adnan stopped falling for her manipulation she blamed Gazala and needed her out of the game. Since Gazala had gone to college, she was probably around 20-22 when she got married but it seems that Husna was forced to get married young (maybe at 15-16 herself) which might be why she doesn’t show any sympathy for seher.

He was literally going to let his barely 15 year old son find the dead body of someone he knew was loved by his son!

He knew that asad loved Kausar like she was his own mother and yet He purposefully told him to go to the roof top, so that the body would be found!

He is a literal psychopath I am telling you!

He is purposely acting like a “useless” character who was unnecessarily added. He is very smart in fact.

1-)If he truly was the jaduga (which I suspect, he was) then he was smart enough to send someone else in his place to the hospital when he learnt that seher was Mahid’s wife.

2-)He kinda forced Mahid to open up to him, saying “we are brothers, we know each other and understand each other the most” in order to manipulate him and know how to proceed in the future, right then he needed to know how Mahid was doing mentally to prepare his next steps.

3-)He is pushing the persona that “he is just an innocent and naive” person who can’t imagine doing the wrong thing. If he truly was a good person he would have stopped his mom from sabotaging Mahid or at least warned Mahid anonymously about what was going to happen.

4-) he is hiding his true personality from everyone, including his own mother. He is making sure that, if things go downhill and everyone is revealed he will not have anything to do with what happened, it will look like he was just caught in the crossfire.

5-) he subtly made fun of Mahid in front of the servants (trying to get them on his side) showing that they are both equals and if he becomes mufti they will all work together, not them working under him. (This could backfire as people might start treating him like a friend and kinda loose the respect people usually have with someone in authority)
