Im worried i wont get in due to merit not being high enough as my alevel grades were nottoo crazy.my aggregrate will probably be 79 or 78 at worst and 84 at best will this help me secure admission at ZU or liaquat?

I’ve been solving Biology past papers, and most of the questions seem pretty memory based and straightforward. But when I do mock papers from different academies, the Bio questions are way more conceptual and often much harder.
So now I’m confused. Which one is actually closer to the real MDCAT? Is the actual PMDC Biology section mostly memory-based like the past papers, or has it become more conceptual in recent years?Please help i feel like my bio ratta is rlly good but these mocks r making me think otherwise
