Is it realistic to power a miniPC with a 25k powerbank? How long would it run?

Im planning on making a portable minipc, like a laptop but not exactly like a laptop.

Which miniPC would you reccomend? something with ARM?

Hello, I was looking around if baofeng radios are allowed in Belgium buy can't find an answer. The purposes are simply to listen, not to transmit. From what I could find it is legal to own one and listen to legal frequencies but not to transmit anything unless you are licensed. Could someone clarify this?

At what temperature do figs start to die back? I live in a zone thats 6a-6b where it can get -21°C / -6°F a night or two in the winter. Will figs trees die back even if their stems are very thick (and wood)?
