As a content creator creating content in tech, SaaS, AI niches how do you guys find affiliate? Also are affiliate good option in these niche? I’ve had a talk with some brands and they said that they struggled to find YouTubers for affiliates.
So the problem is both sides right? Companies are unable to find the right creators for affiliates and creators are also unable to find good affiliate deals.
So how do we solve it?

Story time: So I recently started content creation and I’ve started to get DMs from random people (Majorly girls, cause why would a guy text me). So this girl (let’s call her A) texted me randomly saying she wants to be friends with me. And she was kind of decent looking so I thought why not.

You get a spike of bots, three ‘congrats on the launch’ comments from people who didn't even click the link.
I’m finding that 1 on 1 DMs and actually asking people for their honest brutal feedback is 10x more effective even if it’s slower.
Am I crazy? or is the big launch overrated? How are you guys actually getting your first 10 true fans?
