UPDATE: FINE, yes, I went back & liked their posts for School Days (yes, I'm truly happy for them, but of all anime series tho......), but as you can see in my Insta comments, I'm still in shock that out of all series, this is the one they both work on as an anime.....*sigh*

SINCE DESTINY IS CLEARLY CALLING BOTH MODS HERE & VA TO GOODBYE LARA, Y'ALL SHOULD TOTALLY FOLLOW THE SUBREDDIT ( r/GoodbyeLara ) & WATCH THE ANIME THIS SEASON AS EP 1 JUST CAME OUT A FEW HOURS AGO! The subreddit explains what it's about, but to quickly summarise in a sentence, basically the retelling of Han's Christian Anderson & Disney's Little Mermaid in a darker tone than any adaptation out there rn to the point where the female little mermaid, Lara gets reincarnated 200 years later in modern day Japan! It's iconic, hilarious, endearing, charming, gives classic animated fairy tale vibes, etc. !!!

OMFG DOUBLE COINCIDENCE JUST REALIZED !!!! Personally been waiting for Goodbye Lara to air since 2 years ago when its concept trailer came out & now it's airing rn during Summer 2026 seasonal anime at the same time while r/MermaidTales S2 is finishing up !!! Goodbye Lara Sister Realization & Theory (got a few other posts I want to make, but I'll only say this one for now before the anime airs)

This was the theory post I was talking about with ... about a week or two ago that I was gonna post earlier, but didn't have time cuz of stuff in IRL that got in the way.

NOTE: I did not watch Ep 1 screening anywhere beforehand nor am I watching the ep now until later tonight. All these ideas I'm saying & doing beforehand cuz I gotta maintain the sub on time.

So, before, like for the past 2 years, despite being literally excited for it EVERY SINGLE DAY COUNTING & WAITING FOR SOME NEWS TO SHOW UP (no, like srly, I went crazy the past 2 years waiting for GBL news & hoping it wasn't cancelled or anything like that), I tried not to think too deeply theorising before the anime aired cuz otherwise that would've been all I thought about. Apparently tho, I went overboard cuz when we didn't have all the PVs / Trailers we have today, I didn't realise that in the first 3 images from the concept trailer were actually Lara's sisters also reincarnated all along. Well, tbh, you can't blame me, so many of them look the exact same with their red & blue hair. Yeah, yeah, blind as heck as I was trying not to think about the plot two years in advance.

*Ahem* Anyway, after watching all the PVs & stuff a few times, here's the lore theory I came up with in the end (honestly, had this much better worded in my head earlier two weeks ago than how I'm typing it now, will fix that later, but in a rush before ep 1 finishes):

So based on what I saw in all PVs, similar to how in Han Christian Anderson's OG Little Mermaid story were where the Little Mermaid had to kill the prince in order to get her voice & mermaid form back after he married the wrong woman who didn't in fact save him from drowning in sea like he thought, in retrospect, she decided to spare him & sacrifice herself by turning herself into bubbles & going into heaven without ever revealing the truth. That's how the OG story went vs. later what we got in Disney was a much happier ending & Mermaid Melody trying to do the same as Han's, but tbh, nothing ever happened except the mentioning reference of the bubbles.

Back to this series here, that's where things go a bit differently. In the beginning, Goodbye Lara essentially follows exactly like what Hans Christian Anderson had in mind with saving the prince, Little Mermaid sacrificing her voice to gain human legs, sacrificing the prince due to him not falling for her back, & turning into ''bubbles'', except here is where a few things go very differently & even darker than what Hans had in mind. Lara, our Little Mermaid here has always been fascinated by the Human world just like Ariel was. Even more so the one I keep going back to is Tinker Bell (like in the 1st movie where she found the ballerina music box vs. Lara found a doll, also makes me think Mulan & another in that sense like some sentimental innocent child memory).

But this fascination of hers would not only doom herself, but her entire family in the process under a curse. Her father & family, based on her mother's + sisters' expressions, it seemed like what she was doing was truly forbidden, far deeper than what Ariel's father warned to Ariel because it was simply ''dangerous'' to be near humans. I think in this instance, the moment Lara interacted & doomed herself was the moment that she unconsciously....

CBBBBBB let me finish the rest tomorrow morning cuz so tired from managing the sub & watching so many various series (still been avoiding watching GBL ep 1 until I get all these posts I want to do done) !!! Tmrw will be a blast from the sub & I hope to hear everyone's thoughts on all the posts I put up, especially this one & I want to hear everyone's own thoughts too! I see people all over on Twitter & FaceBook, but I would love to see everything on here too! Am I srly the only one here that would like a A Royal Tale S2 just to see this chaotic ex couple get back together? Not just that one, several others too, SPREAD THE WORD OUT!

Obviously A Royal Tale S2 will have to be long after we get Void Paradox (VP) S2 ( r/VoidParadox ) , Minecraft Diaries (MCD) S3 ( r/minecraftdiaries ) (idc what y'all are gonna say, Jess put MCD S3 latter parts in MS S6, so I will continue to strive for this instead of the Remake despite that latest poster) , MyStreet S7 - S8 + MyStreet: After Dark + whatever else that comes (side stories, etc.) ( r/MyStreet ) , My Inner Demons S2 ( r/MyInnerDemons ) , & Alternates S3 ( r/Alternates ).

Now alongside A Royal Tale S2, I'd be delighted for Jess to bring back Dreams Of Estorra ( r/DreamsOfEstorra ) , Whiskerwood S2 (actually enjoyed it here + want to see more), Purge, MyCraft S4 + Harvest Valley + Angelsville S2 + another version with all of their kids this time instead of just on the Cocomau SMP with only 3 (I want to hear older Joseph lol), maybe another Mermaid Tales S3 ( r/MermaidTales ) depending on how Jess ends this season cuz I feel like it'll be back, Gacha Life Parody vids + Sims vids (these were iconic), blooper vids, animated funny vids + music vids, Everything Wrong With w/ all her RPs + others, Aphmau React to Fan vids + more of those vids she did back in 2019, Family vids, various mini games with the cast, etc. Personally these are the ones I care most for her to bring back as we felt closer to her as a fandom than ever when she did these !!!

Yes, I know, back then in 2017 - 2019, Jess was simply just test experimenting with other parallel RP worlds with Dreams of Estorra, Mermaid Tales, A Royal Tale, Meteora Valley, Heart Point, & Ultra Nova to see how their team could improve + projects she wanted to try. Pretty sure there were others she wanted to try out, but life took hold of everything from her + Jason + her family & us. She nor did we ever expect that a lot of us would've had such a great response from those side RPs compared to the mains & that we would still like those to come back even now. Back then, some she saw results, others she had trouble with, & others didn't peak for various reasons that should be given another chance at life. And this much I can say for certain, none of us truly expected that she would come back with S2 as well as change the original vision for MT S2 she had in mind 7 years ago vs. what she decided to go with now. And because MT S2 has been such a success, why not take this opportunity to convince Jess to bring back all these rest even if they don't become part of the central Multiverse lore like how she recently decided to make MT into than she had previously planned out for it? Like literally the closest to MT was RT (A Royal Tale), mirrors of each other, so why not?

Sure, I'd love to see even more new stories, but we all know Jess & she hates to leave stories unfinished, so let's show her that we still want them all as bad as ever & finally have her complete all the others in the most satisfying way possible for her & us !!!

Also, I realized this for a while ago, but seriously y'all, we need more YT channels + socials (Insta, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest + others like it) dedicated to making more Aphmau-related content posts / reels / vid uploads (funny moments, compilations of any kind, deep moments, random scenes, out of context / chaotic / etc. vids, reactions, theories, parodies, fan edits, fan art, cosplay, making fan merch & promoting + selling online, music videos based on the RPs or your own animation of them w/ the music Jess used like either the specialized songs she used in OPs/EDs + inside the vids she coined to herself lol, including OSTs + viral songs used in them like how before Legends Never Die worked so well or how Forbidden Fruit ~ Tommee Profitt got viral all cuz of KPDH edits last year - this year + same for others over the years that helped the music artists, but this time let's have it help Jess' popularity as a MC RP creator for the Aphmau Multiverse (to help us change other views to watch this as a cartoon + ignore the Minecraft medium for a moment & not some Minecraft game), GIFs made - this is severely underrated on both Insta + Twitter + TikTok after all these years - like whenever I search up GIFs, especially from her RPs, there is LITERALLY NOTHING ON THERE, etc.) to everything I wrote out earlier, not from her Cocomau stuff (I don't mind the Shuki bit I guess), especially from all of her RPs she's ever done, like all the big ones here I brought up. Like it's crazy, she's been doing RPs for 11 years & her channel for even longer & yet the amount of fan-made YT compilation vids + clips + GIFs of her series ain't close to enough at all after all this time to spread the word to new fans to join in on the parade !!!

Es handelt sich um ein Unternehmen, von dem ich persönlich noch nie zuvor gehört habe, aber ich bin kein Einheimischer wie die meisten in diesem Subreddit. Abgesehen von Wg-Gesucht, ImmobilienScout24, Immowelt und Wunderflats – wird diese Plattform hier überhaupt von den Leuten genutzt oder überhaupt nicht?

Ich habe hier zwar eine für mich perfekte Wohnung entdeckt, habe aber gewisse Vorbehalte, bevor ich voreilige Schlüsse ziehe. Deshalb wäre es hilfreich, wenn jemand hier, der Erfahrungen mit diesem Anbieter hat, bitte von seinen Erfahrungen berichten könnte.
