the first photo I took at the start of my uni courses last year and the first one I took this year.
7 months of cico!
this enormous plate + all the pieces I snacked on while cutting everything... under 150kcals for all of this, CRAZY!!
I also had some small pig steaks and I suddenly got scared because I thought I wouldn't be able to eat them all after eating this salad.
180g of iceberg lettuce
160g of tomato
120g of carrots
130g of fennel
I just had to make a post bc it's really unbelievable!
how many kcal are we thinking for this one? (and for 100g?)
it weighs 300g and I made it by boiling 200g of potatoes, then I used a pan to cook 3 small whisked eggs (180g), i added 15g of parmesan and the potatoes.
- horse steak (menu said around 400g)
- fries
- bread
- 18g of mayo
one 79g pack of beef noodles (360cals)
two small pig steaks for a total of 85g (180cals)
it's just a deep dish worth of food but it gets me extremely full!
some singers i stan are going to "unlock" their items in 3 hours and i really want to buy this one item but I wanted to know if i need to refresh the page or if the item will be available for purchase the second the timer hit's 0.
to be more specific: will the "buy" button appear the second the timer is gone or should I wait just outside their page so that it's already there when I enter?
went to eat sushi for a friend's bday today and I have no idea how many cals my lunch was, is there any way yall could help?
here's what i ate from the photos:
- 1 tempura shrimp
- grilled chicken
- grilled beef (4 skewers)

This week was the first one where I ate at a maintenance instead of a deficit and that’s ok.
I’ve been stressing a bit over this. Since I spent like a whole month locked home to prepare for uni exams, once I went through the last one for June on the 18th, I’ve been going out everyday to make up for all the times I said “no” to friends and family.
This week though I happened to eat out a lot and I was stressing since I could only estimate my cals and often went over budget for my diet (but never for maintenance).
I’m also stressed knowing I’m gonna get pizza on both friday and saturday and it will be harder to stay on budget.
I started CiCo around the second week of February and went from around 100 to 79kg since then.
Plus, now that my maintenance is at 1850cals/day it’s been difficult knowing that the progress to loose each kg is gonna take more than 2 weeks (I don’t intend to go under 1400cals daily since i’m not followed by a specialist).
So I’m making this post to reinforce the idea in my head that it’s not the end of the world if I let loose once for the first time in MONTHS because this is not a race but a marathon.
That said, do you have any tips to feel a bit better about all this?

i use the first app to track my steps and the second to track my calories but only the second has my weight registered. I connected the two so that my calories app has my steps for the day.
I knew that, being around 14kg above my ideal weight, I would burn more calories with each step, but is that difference actually accurate? 100cals more? it can't be
I've been on a deficit since mid February and I've gone from around 100kg to 79kg.
these past few weeks I've been locked up in my room bc of exam season but it's been really stressful so I kinda abandoned the deficit (never went over my calories tho!). Still, it's been difficult bc over the last few months I've gotten used to seeing a difference every few days and now I don't anymore. it's kinda bumming me.
do yall see overall progress?
the pics are respectively from December, February, March, May and this morning
I know these aren't the best progress pics but I don't take that many photos so they'll have to do.
finally put of the 80s (at least for today haha, ik i'll probably be back there tomorrow morning bc of water intake or issues sleeping but it was nice seeing this :D )
I don't really know how to phrase this, this is literally just me complaining.
Around February I started eating with a deficit and started coming back from class by walking and have lost around 13kg since then. I'm extremely happy with the results especially because I'm able to see changes in my body for like the first time in my life. I even got the pleasure of being upset about having to buy new jeans since the ones I own are so loose that they keep falling down when i walk. For the majority of that time I only used to track every 10/15 days and I was able to actually see a difference every time I did it but 11 days ago I started tracking my weight daily because I read on some subs that it's the best way to track.
With my deficit and exercise I should be loosing 0,5kg/week but it's not what I'm seeing here and it's kinda bumming me.
Ik it's normal for weight to change like this because of factors like water intake and sleep (i should really drink more water than i do daily and my sleep schedule is terrible, I'm a uni student preparing exams rn) but idk it still makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong even though I know I'm not.
i started tracking daily like 5 days ago and i need an app that visually shows me the progress, what do yall use?
i need one that has weight tracking as it's primary function since I already have my calorie tracking app.
(i have an android)
what the title says, when i search on google it says that 100g of tuna is around 190kcal but most cans i own say it's actually around 370kcal
the second photo tells the weight with and without the oil inside the can. which brings me to my second question.
i only ever eat canned tuna in oil but how do I weight it to know how many cals it is? do i include the oil in the weight?
let's say i eat 50g of tuna drained from the oil, would that be 185 cals? or would the cals be more/less since there's no oil?
My phone got stolen last month and I had this email that is connected to a social media account but i can't seem to recall the password for it.
it wasn't connected to another email or a phone number.
i don't really need the email but i'm scared that if i lose access to the social media account i won't be able to get it back. plus the site won't let me add my phone number to the account.
is there a way to turn a jeans overalls bright/light pink?
or should i give up and buy a white one (or hope to find a pink one)?
