New phishing scam being sent direction through Facebook Meta.

Because they’re sent through Meta’s own messaging system, they bypass spam filters completely and land straight in my priority inbox. My phone goes off, my computer goes off, and my inbox gets flooded with notifications/emails.

The messages look “real” because they’re being sent directly through Facebook. The fake sender names are usually things like “Meta For Business” or “Meta Partner Support” to make them seem official. Everything about the email is visually "real" and is being sent by Facebook.

If you click the link, the scammers try to get partner access to your account, which lets them manage your account and run scam ads using any payment method linked to your profile.

I’m getting multiple of these every single day, sometimes 15 or more.

Designed a cup holder for our car.

Our car has a big bench seat and absolutely nowhere to put drinks. I finally got tired of my tea trying to kickflip out the window every time we hit a turn.

Designed and 3D printed this cup holder setup using the factory holes under the dash. Ash tray and glove box still open fully. Passenger still has leg room.

No modifications needed to the car. Can take it out easily and go back to the stock look.

3D printed myself some cup holders for the Duster.

Uses the factory dash mounting holes, clears the ash tray and glove box, and doesn’t get too much in the way of passenger leg room.

No more drinks flying all over the bench.

Ratty A-Body Mopars

Friend of mine had the idea to start a group for A-Bodies that are a little rough around the edges.

Turns out, there’s a lot of us. Beat up paint, mismatched parts, rust, dents, whatever, but they’re still just as loved and driven every chance they get.

Progress picture.

Seven months of change.

Same paint, drivetrain, interior. Just brought back to life.

Off the road for 41 years and we've stacked nearly 2,000 new miles on it this year.

Finished gutting the engine, trans, and interior.

Next on the list is a complete new wiring harness, a 340 and 727 swap, all new interior, and suspension + exhaust.

We started last week. Hoping to have it up and running before August. Super excited.

Just took the 54 year old seats and carpet out of the 72 Demon. First time seeing the floors.

Absolutely insane. Arizona does wonders to cars. Had it shipped to Maryland. We're so used to seeing the ground through the floor.

Sassy Grass Duster is getting its 8 3/4 rear end pulled and some other parts thieved. The rest is getting sold off.

Demon is getting upgraded to an 8 3/4 rear and interior/mechanical restored.

Should be a fun few weeks.
