My 1st cold shower went like this 😏🚿😱😰😨😳🫢😄😆😅😂🤣

I'm in a rough patch, wanted to shake things up

Felt super confident until I put on the cold then I absolutely gasped and panicked put kept myself in. Got my head under and twirled my body

Lasted 30 seconds, turned ur off and just started laughing and couldn't stop

Felt great all day. Skipped the carbs and just had scrambled eggs on lunch and now on a lunch time walk 🥰

Matched Betting and Inflated Balances

Hey 😊

We have the review for 4 month bank statements and I do match betting which I understand is ok, this is my 6th month doing it.

Where I'm concerned is how my balances are inflated as my bank are really delayed showing payments out and can be super fast at payments in. We have £5k saved in savings and I have a £1k limit which I'm careful not to go over but there are dates where it says I have £2k in balances which was simply not true.

How would UC view this? Is it just sods law that if my balance is inflated they'll just consider that the amount.

And if they do would they then think I'm spending money deliberately to stay below the threshold?

Any help appreciated ☺️

Is it weird I remember another child's death date?

Tl;Dr is it weird to remember another child's death date

We walk past a bench often which has a remembrance plate for a 2 year old. I often sat on this bench when my son was still in a pram and often think how if I was like the parents of this child, my son would be gone in x months. Similarly now he is past 2 it makes me think how he could be gone now.

For some reason I've always remembered the name and date and I like that I remember it but my wife thinks this is strange I remember another child's death date.

I don't think it thats strange and I did explain the above but she still feels the same way..

Thoughts?

I watched it last night again, been years

I thought after Frank gets out of prison him and Russel Crowes character (swear I only watched it last night..) become friends and he helps him navigate life after prison.

I swear there's a scene where he's on the street of new York and a couple of the new generation of 'hoodlums' start giving Frank bother and Russel Crowes character keeps him out of trouble. Frank was disturbed about not having a street cred anymore.

Any thoughts? Am I thinking about another film?
