Backblaze continually crashes on large restore

Backblaze continually crashes on large restore

Using an M1 Mac mini on latest version of Tahoe (26.5.1) trying to restore a 2 tb folder and this continually happens every few hours. I am slowly able to get through the restore but it takes me manually re-starting from the last place it crashed and signing in again. I had this happen on the last time I tried using the restore function and is extremely frustrating.

Could I safely eat 3 cups of dry TVP (textured vegetable protein) per day while riding?

Quick context, I am bikepacking across south america and have found this stuff be an absolute game changer for packing small, getting my protein in, and able to be stored easily without spoiling. I have found I actually enjoy just crunching on it throughout the day dry (weird I know). I am eating probably around 3 dry cups daily and the macros for it come out as follows:

3 Cups Dry TVP:

- Calories: 960 kcal

- Protein: 144 g

- Total Carbs: 84 g

- Dietary Fiber: 48 g

- Net Carbs: 36 g

- Total Fat: 0 g

Potassium: 6,480 mg

I wanted to know if there is any health risks to eating this much and eating it dry (and doing it for awhile)? Would love any input, thanks

Also I'm a 25 year old male and about 160 lbs

How to zoom a clip inside a vertical canvas while keeping it static inside that canvas?

I want to add dynamic zoom to a wide angle clip inside a 9:16 canvas. When I apply dynamic zoom or transforms to it the clip adjusts size inside the canvas. I want the clip itself to have dynamic zoom without moving on the canvas. How would this be done? Transforming each clip in fusion works but I feel like there is an easier way to do this inside the edit page.

How to keyframe/automate Clip-Level Fairlight EQ (Low Pass Filter)

I want to essentially keyframe what im doing in this video. I want to fade in a song using a low pass filter adjusting its intensity from when the song starts to a few seconds after to go from muffled to fully clear. I know I can do this with automation but that affects this on a track level and I want to be able to move this song around. I cannot find a way to do this, please help!

When I'm editing a video similar to this for instagram with text over top and I editing in a 9:16 frame and then scaling the video down to 1:1? Is this the ideal way to post something like this?

Caught in a loop of trying to optimize my life into perfection, I need guidance

Hey everyone,

I’m stuck in this loop of trying to organize my life so much that I feel like at some point, it’ll just feel perfectly organized. I try to optimize every system, structure, and organization for everything, and I’m realizing it’s getting unhealthy. At the same time, I know it never will be perfect. I find myself deeply drawn to minimalism and a total lack of choices in extremely simple things, mostly because those things actually feel organized to me. It scratches this internal itch in my brain and allows the snow globe of thoughts constantly bombarding me to calm down a bit.

I know that I'm a perfectionist and I think in very black and white. I will spend hours researching the "best" solution to the most minute and stupid things, like spending all day today trying to come up with the absolute perfect organization method for my notes, just to fill this void for organization and perfectionism.

But this has led to a major lack of action in my life and a huge amount of analysis paralysis. There’s just too much going on in my brain at any one moment; I want to get it all out and silence it, but I can’t. It leaves me feeling like I'm never able to articulate myself properly. I have so much I want to say, but an inability to formulate it right because my mind genuinely feels like a shaken up snow globe.

I've been studying a lot about ADHD lately because I think a lot of these things are attached to it. By temperament, I'm an extremely orderly person, so I know a need for structure isn't always bad and is partly just how I'm built. But I'm at a place where it's crossing the line. I know that a highly industrious person wouldn't wait for the perfect system to start, they would just be able to work even in imperfection and a lack of organization.

I really want to overcome many of these unhealthy sides of myself, stop organizing to prepare for life, and figure out how to live a more healthy, fulfilling, and productive life.

Does anyone have any thoughts from an outside perspective that could help me? I'm always so caught up in my own head that maybe I can't see what might be obvious to others. Also I'm fairly certain I have diagnosable ADHD and this could be a large part of why my brain feels overwhelmed. Any advice helps

Anyone ever got liposuction to enhance a V-taper?

I've been curious about this for awhile and was wondering if anyone has any experience with liposuction in context to enhancing a V-taper. I have been lifting for years and I'm very lean around 11% body fat and look objectively really good. Even lean my love handles and body composition is not as ideal is I want (genetically) and the little fat I do have is around my love handles. I heard that liposuction is powerful not just because it removes fat but because it removes fat cells permanently from the areas taken which is in some ways able to “reshape” your bodies natural composition. It would be purely for maximising my own vain body image and not a necessity at all and was curious if anyone in this sub has gotten liposuction specifically for this reason.

$550 statement credit offer for HushAI Privacy Service on Platinum

Just activated and used this Amex offer (use $550 get $550 back) for an AI service that finds and wipes your personal data off the web. $550 is the cost of 1 month of the service so it’s basically a 30 day free trial. Honestly not sure if this service is any good but for $550 a month I’d imagine it’s pretty premium. Thought I’d let people know while this lasts.

Could Long Term Use of This Protein Powder be Bad?

For context I’m doing a year long bikepacking trip across South America and struggling to get enough protein in from the food I can pack on my bike. I’ve found this really awesome brand of protein powder that adds a great taste to my oatmeal because it includes Sucralose. I’m take 2 scoops a day everyday and would be curious if anyone has any advice as to whether this would be ok to take for long term based on these ingredients. I don’t have any issues with my stomach after taking it I’m more just curious if there’s issues I may not feel effects from. Sucralose and Acesulfame Potassium are the main things that worry me but the literature seems to be split on whether these are really bad for you. Any input helps.
