This is my final assignment for my sociology of gender class! The inspiration is sexism, and how power is gendered in a patriarchal society.

This is my first time getting a pixie cut in 4-5 years (: and it feels amazing showing more skin in ways I never have.

I’ve also been letting myself feel comfortable with my masculinity. As a trans woman, I felt obligated to be a girly girl since day one, but it never felt right to confine myself like that just to be seen as a woman. I do look quite boyish without lipstick, but honestly who cares 😙
