Is watching a movie alone actually sad/lonely, or kinda lovely?

I was just thinking about this today. I’ve never watched a movie alone in a theatre before.

Is it actually sad, or is it kind of lovely? 😅

If you’ve done it, how was your first solo movie experience? Did you enjoy it or feel awkward?

Would love to hear your experiences.

First solo Himalayan trip to Dharamshala, McLeod Ganj & Triund. Any dos, don’ts or advice for a first-timer?

Planning Dharamshala, McLeod Ganj, Bhagsu, Dharamkot and Triund sometime around late September / early October.

I've travelled solo quite a bit around Rajasthan, Maharashtra Gujarat, Punjab, Amritsar, Varanasi, Goa, UP etc., but this will be my first time travelling solo towards the Himalayas.

I don't really want to do the usual tourist checklist. I want to slow down, walk around, talk to people, explore a little and actually experience the place.

For people who've been there, what are some genuine dos and don'ts I should know? Anything I should be careful about as a first-timer in the mountains, especially for Triund?

Also, anything you wish someone had told you before your first Himalayan trip?

Thane: Can a clerical error in Index II be corrected without a rectification deed?

I got my flat agreement done in Thane in late 2024. The registered agreement has the correct flat number, but there is a one-digit typo in the flat number in Index II only e.g. agreement says 1003, while Index II says 1004.

The correction was supposed to be handled by one of the directors, but he passed away a few months ago, so a rectification deed is currently not possible.

Because of this, the electricity meter has also not been transferred to our name.

Is there any other way to get this corrected in Index II without a rectification deed? Any experience with the Thane SRO would be helpful.

Upstox blocked me from selling due to PAN mismatch. What are my legal options?

I've been using my Upstox account for 3–4 years. Today, when I tried to sell my shares after a long time, I got a "PAN details do not match" error and I'm unable to sell.

Upstox support says I need to wait 2 days for it to be sorted. I needed the money now, and if the stock price falls during this period, I'll have to bear the loss. The support agent also left the chat midway without resolving the issue.

What are my legal options if I incur a loss because Upstox prevented me from selling? Should I wait, or escalate to SEBI immediately?

One of my favorite sunsets in Udaipur... and an unexpected friend ❤️

I met this good boy just before sunset, and he stayed with me until the last bit of light disappeared.

I've visited a lot of beautiful places in Udaipur over the past few days, but somehow this simple moment became my favorite memory.

Thank you, Udaipur. I'll miss this place.

Sometimes, the best friend you meet during your travel has four legs. 🐶

Spent almost an hour watching the sunset in Udaipur, and this random dog decided to stay with me the whole time.

No words.Just the two of us sitting there, watching the sky change colors.

Funny how solo travel sometimes reminds you that you're never really alone

Itinerary: Today's Sunset at fatehsagar, udaipur

How do I defend my Side Lower without looking like the villain?

Got a Side Lower after what feels like forever for a 17+ hour journey. I'm already mentally preparing because I know the "Bhaiya, seat exchange karoge?" squad is probably just a few stations away. 🤣

Please help me with some funny, polite, or sarcastic reasons to defend my Side Lower. I have a feeling I'll need them very soon. 🫡

Edit: Guys so this family of 7 came asking for the seat first, to which I politely denied using one of the excuses I learnt here (Love, love reddit for this ) This guy after asking for like 7/8 times , lost his cool and told his family " inhe exchange karna hi nai h" ..."rehne do koi aur samajhdar aaega to chala jaega" .....kept making faces for like a few mins but they have settled

An older guy with family came in to get the seat exchanged but apparently his family already traded off one or two of their side lowers with someone else to be together.....now this uncle wanted to sleep in the lower seat in exchange of his middle seat😭 I politely denied saying I am claustrophobic 🤣

Will keep you guys posted.. Right now its night time and I don't think anyone would come and bother me now but we don't know yet 🤣🤞

Can I do Nathdwara + Sanwariya Seth in one day using public transport?

I'm visiting Udaipur for 4–5 days and want to visit both Nathdwara and Sanwariya Seth.

Is it practical to cover both in a single day using only RSRTC/government buses, or is it better to split them across two different days?

Would love advice from anyone who's done it. Thanks! 🙏

First time getting Side Lower in ages... and of course it's during Mumbai rains

Finally got a Side Lower after a long time. 😭

But of course... the train starts from Mumbai tomorrow, it's raining like crazy, and it's a 17+ hour journey in Sleeper class. 💀

Why did I get lucky with the seat only during monsoon? 😭

Going towards Rajasthan.

People who travel in Sleeper during heavy rain... am I f***** or is Side Lower still okay? 😂☔🚆

Is visiting Udaipur from 6–10 July a good idea? Solo trip + itinerary suggestions?🫂

Hello amazing people of this sub,

I'm planning a 3–4 day solo trip to Udaipur during the coming week (6th–10th July)

How's the weather around this time? Is the monsoon a good reason to visit, or will the rain affect sightseeing too much?

I'd also love itinerary suggestions from people who've actually been there. I prefer slow travel over covering every tourist spot, so I'd rather spend quality time at a few places than rush through a long checklist.

Any must-do experiences, cafés, viewpoints, local food, or transport tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance :)

Vivo T5 Pro vs Vivo V60e – Which one should I buy?

I'm confused between the Vivo T5 Pro and the Vivo V60e and would love some advice from tech geeks :)

Also,

If there's another phone around the same budget that you think is a better buy, I'm open to suggestions as well.

Thanks!

A tree fell off at mulund colony 🫪

We were just roaming around Mulund Colony side and out of nowhere a whole tree fell right in front of us 😭

Legit felt like a scene from the series "FROM"…the sound, the timing, everything 💀

Good thing nobody got hurt. We were tripling too 😭

An auto got crushed badly tho.

Thane-Mulund toll naka checking is a whole different experience 🤣

Bro today at Thane-Mulund toll naka cops stopped our car for checking 😭

One cop literally came so close to my friend (he was driving), leaned in and asked his name and he was about to kiss him 🤣🤣

Friend says his name and cop immediately yells to his partner:

“AC full on aahe gaadi madhey, vaas samajhla nai” 🤣

(AC is too strong, can’t smell alcohol properly)

Then he made my friend get out of the car, held his cheek with one hand like some whisper scene and said “naav parat sang” 🤣

Still wasn’t satisfied so bro started checking the whole car trying to find SOMETHING to catch us on 😭

For fucks sake just buy the alcohol machine man 🤣

Do others also face this level of checking there or were we just today’s entertainment?

Good budget-friendly physician/internal medicine doctor in Thane or nearby area?

Can anyone suggest a good but budget-friendly physician/internal medicine doctor in Mumbai/Thane who actually reads reports properly and gives genuine advice?

Got a full body checkup done and want someone who explains things properly instead of just prescribing random medicines in 2 minutes😭

Thanks in advance :)

Thane ‘feels like’ temp was easily 52+ today 😭

Got a 3–4 day break coming up and just want to escape this heat somehow.

Was thinking of Sikkim, but it won’t really fit in such a short timeline.

Any suggestions for relatively cooler places or even chill ideas to pass time without melting? Open to short trips, hill stations, or even smart in-city plans.

Appreciate any suggestions🫂
