just finished reading the book for the first time, I'm just gonna ramble about it for a bit

for some reason when winston was captured and tortured,i didn't feel his pain,unless the book was talking about how hungry and starved he is,i could FEEL how hungry Winston is,but when he gets zapped and what not i just couldn't imagine or try to feel what he was feeling,i was just reading past it without pausing. also am i stupid for actually being suprised that they were spying on juila and winston THE ENTIRE TIME?.

i don't know why but i really thought that they were safe in the rented room, please let me know if it was supposed to be a plot twist or it was obvious big brother was always watching them and i just didn't get it until the reveal.

also i used to say the "Oranges and lemons, say the bells of St. Clement’s, You owe me three farthings, say the bells of St. Martins"

rhyme alot idk y XD,

my chemistry teacher saw me reading and asked me what i was reading,i showed him and he uh,i don't remember exactly but i think it was something like nice i respect u, (not in English I'm just translating what my teacher said into English)

also now i will say "literally 1984" to anything and everything XD.

hopefully y'all understood something not too confident in my writing skills for longer texts.

i may do a drawing but here's a time stop power I've been thinking about

u can open a portal to the "gears of time" by using enough physical force on the air,like punching the air or kicking and then a circle will appear and inside this circle is couple of gears, u have to be physically strong to stop time as U will be halting the gears of time,ur fist/whatever body part you used to open this portal will be in that circle as time stopped, although everything is frozen in time

the only exception is you and these gears,the longer u physically stop these gears from moving the higher risk of like the gears being to strong for u to stop so ur body part will just rip off as the gears try to continue moving, and since this "portal" is wherever u punched that means u can't move too far away because then you'll let the gears of time continue moving,so if u wanna stab someone ur gonna have to be close him,stop time while having enough strength to keep the gears not moving and then u can stab him

and no u can't throw a wench inside this circle to halt the gears YOU have to physically stop the gears

TLDR:the longer u physically stop the gears from moving (putting ur foot inside or any other way) time stops

courts should have different animations of the judge ringing the bell depending on if ur guilty or not

if u were being sued/charged the judge rings the bell with his hammer so hard that it shatters that means u won the case, and there will be like lots of different ones for lots of different cases
