Chain is 1/8" stretched. Should I replace sprockets too or wait and see?

I just measured my chain with a ruler and 12 links is 1/8" past the 12 inch mark. I understand that I should replace the chain, but should I also replace the sprockets, or only if they look worn, or only if they cause problems when i put the new chain on?

Many WW2 Allied propaganda posters are some theme of "loose lips sink ships" - what was the specific threat they were trying to neutralize?

I understand the basic idea. But who were these posters aimed at? What kinds of information was it thought they would divulge, and to whom? Wouldn't people who had the security clearance to have actionable intel already be aware of the dangers of disclosing that to the wrong person? Was there specific spy activity that Allied nations were aware or, or was it more of a general concern that there could be spies?

I recently asked my city's all-purpose sub what they thought about their neighbors playing piano

Since this question comes up a lot here, thought it would be interesting to get the average person's thoughts. I think generally people think it's ok, within certain time limits and attitude of respect. A minority did think that acoustic pianos are never ok.

City is Philadelphia, PA.

According to this article, Philly has the shortest average distance between bus stops among US cities

Personally I think the number of stops we have is excessive, though they never explicitly address the accessibility argument. Curious what others think

What upcoming shows are you looking forward to?

To start, I’m going to see Herbie Hancock in July. It’s the most I’ve ever spent on a concert, and I’m excited. After all he not only signed the Declaration of Independence, but he’s a living legend of jazz.

Outer lanes of Parkway - watch out at the intersections

Biking to work this week, I've noticed that cars on the inner lane of the Parkway are really not paying attention to bikes and pedestrians when turning right onto 21st and 22nd.

Trying to see the horse parade at the fair of Cordoba

I went at 10:30 and someone said “12.” So I went back at 12 and waited an hour. Then I asked someone who worked at one of the casetas and they found someone who said “2 or 3.”

I figured that probably means like.. 4? 5? This is a last minute post so any advice is appreciated.

Just saw a pair of Common Yellowthroats roll through my backyard. That's a first. What cool birds have you seen in your backyard lately?

Typical convenient food options for going on a hike?

I'll be in Cordoba and Granada the next few weeks, and I am looking at going on a few hikes. What are some typical convenient options to pack a meal for a hike that I could likely find in Spain?

For example, I am from Philadelphia and if I was going to hike, I would stop by any number of delis and get a hoagie (aka sub).

Any good lunch spots in Norristown that are close to the SRT?

I’m planning a ride out to valley forge, and curious if there are any convenient spots that people recommend that don’t take me too far off the trail.

How do you suppose Pippin explained the travels of the fellowship with Denethor without mentioning the Ring or its true purpose?

It's a solid hour talking with a man that Tolkien goes out of his way to describe as very perceptive and subtle.

Plus Pippin was hungry
