Arizona LLC owns home, trust owns LLC.
My daughter and I created an LLC that purchased a home that my daughter occupies. The deed is only in the name of the LLC. I live elsewhere.
We created a Revocable Living Trust. The trust owns the LLC 100%.
We don't derive any income from it.
Is a federal income tax return required?
