Those of you who went to Depot as an MST. How much experience and or background did you have ? I have 12 years fed civ and port also certs etc

How do y’all like it so far? Anything that surprised you or were not expecting?

Are they sending a certain amount of Mst’s? Or does it depend on the situation and damage?

Whats up with all these LE influencers now days or PD’s posting these officers first day etc… Why cant we go back to the old days where everything was kept offline and no Bs.

Owner wanted to do more private commercial work and take a break from the government-state jobs that pay the workers good.

Out of the 20 or so bids we did we didn’t get a single one. We were only doing 5% for overhead and not even like that we got these jobs.. We did bids for the big coffee shops to innout to stores. I passed by a couple and they have these contractors with these handy mans doing the work, no Ppe etc.

I told the owner stay with the Gov PW jobs but no he wanted to “ explore “… im not sure how yall are doing it with the commercial jobs man im in southern California and its rough on the private side.

Im in California and the schooling is cheaper in Tx..

Stupid question so i understand if i get laughed at but as a reservist would i be able to do anything type of aviation school? I know the cap is 4,500 a year.

Just seen broward is hiring for pilot, you do not need to be in LE. I wish More Le agencies would do this.

Stupid question i always see ppl asking about loans, but what about using a companies Amex card. Does it depend on the school/ company?

What company or how do you verify if they have a good driving record? Trying to expand but worried about them driving like idiots or something bad happening. What do yall recommend?
