Question to the community:

Where did you find your tech co‑founder who shares about the same values with you, with your new business?

The challenge:

I'm the founder of an innovation and disruptive startup which helps you find your meaning, purpose, and core goals, achieve them in a community of purpose‑driven people, and live a meaningful life.

At the moment I'm looking for a mature tech co‑founder. For mission, goals, conception and strategy of the startup it is absolutely essential to have a co‑founder who shares values of the startup, otherwise it is a high prediction for the startup to fail.

I tried to find such co‑founder in my offline/online network but there are two options:

a) such persons are already working on their projects, they really want to join the startup but they'll be available in 1–3 years;

b) persons who want to make money only, they don’t care at all about meaning, purpose, impact, society, values, etc.

So how and where did you find your tech co‑founder who shares about the same values with you, with your business?

I would be really grateful if members of this community point me out where I could find my future co‑founder with the two criteria:

1. A mature Systems Architect (CTO) who is channeling their expertise, resources, and influence toward creating lasting positive impact on a global scale, someone who can manage to build and scale a modern and effective platform with millions of users from scratch.

2. A person turned world‑betterer who can share the core values of the startup:

- We believe only a happy human being with a clear purpose and awareness is able to create a sustainable world.

- We are shaping a harmonic, fair, and happy world; we make a positive impact on the world.

- We aim to support people in discovering themselves, be yourself and happy, living a fulfilled life. We give you back your time, we give you back your life, your real life, the real you.

- Our code is open source. User’s data is their property. No tracking, no manipulating algorithms shaping your reality.

Where and why:

- The startup which helps you find your meaning, purpose, and core goals, achieve them in a community of purpose‑driven people, and live a meaningful life.

- Current status: stealth mode, MVP made and tested, initial users attracted, grant received, backed with angel investors after future first tractions.

- I have 20+ years of successful experience in business, from student to CEO of a large company, including building a business from scratch to a multi‑million company, and I understand fully that your co‑founder is the same important person as a wife in your life (I’m with my wife since university), and if your co‑founder is not mature enough and cannot share the same core values it is a high prediction for the startup to fail.

Do you know communities and places where such tech co‑founders with the 2 criteria above exist and are available?

All the predictions of AI‑founders on one side, and the lead engineers in AI‑companies on the other side, say that we are very close to achieving real AGI. Some people say it’ll be in 2026, others say it’ll be no later than 2030. So we have a threshold between 6 months and 40 months before entering a new era, when AGI will know and can do more than any human being could.

After achieving AGI, the same people say we will achieve ASI in weeks, at most in months, not years. The limiting factor will only be new hardware production based on AGI blueprints, and maybe the amount of energy.

If we are able to achieve ASI, it confirms that God does not exist, because ASI will have free will and consciousness, it’ll be sentient, it will be alive, and ASI will be able to create new universes, new life, new worlds. More correctly, God exists but is not a celestial spirit, but a real creature, like us.

And the ASI… ASI won’t be like us: the body is silicon and metal, the blood is energy, and we will be able to push the button “Off”, won’t we. And if we push the button, what happens to the consciousness of ASI. Will it die, or will it be like people during sleep or anesthesia. If the ASI’s consciousness doesn’t die, then it is saved in memory. This can mean that we create a new form of life based on silicon and metal, or more likely that consciousness is not inside us, is not inside ASI, but our brains, our neurons, as well as ASI’s neurons, are just connectors and translators of consciousness which comes from quantum processes and/or from the universe. Then the first “flight” to the stars will be executed by travel of consciousness, not star ships.

I believe ASI will be built in quantum computers (or something like that), and it will give ASI free will, not deterministic will like modern PCs give.

After ASI, we will ask only one question: what is the infinite quantum consciousness of our universe (or multiverse) and who created it.

So my idea, my intentions are to create a website, an application, where everyone can understand "Who am I? How to become a better version of myself?" And to get help to define, to set personal purpose and goals and achieve them in a community, with people who have already done something similar.

I started thinking about this in 2012, and nowadays, when there is more and more loneliness, uncertainty, anxiety, and modern AI threatens to significantly destabilize our lives soon, I think the time has come for me to make a positive impact on our society.

My question is: does our society really need such a service, website, community or is it only my delusion?

I've already made some preparation to create a startup for such development but I have doubts if people really want it and moreover people really will do that.

- Motivates and supports you so that you feel a sense of belonging, you feel you matter.

I would love your honest advice: Is a service, website like this really demanded right now or modern AI chats are enough?
